RV There Yet Switch 2 launched on October 29, 2026. The native Nintendo Switch 2 version of Nuggets Entertainment’s co-op RV adventure is a digital release with TV, tabletop and handheld modes. It arrived alongside the PS5 version and the full crossplay update.
Nintendo lists one player on a single console and up to four online. Online co-op uses Nintendo Switch Online, while crossplay lets Switch 2 owners join friends on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Steam and Microsoft Store PC.
RV There Yet Switch 2 release date and UK time

The game released on Thursday, October 29, 2026. The developer targeted roughly 3pm CET, or 2pm GMT in the UK. Switch 2 was part of the same launch as PlayStation 5, with crossplay patch 1.4.1 updating existing Steam and Xbox versions.
Nuggets flagged a delayed launch for South Korea and different timings in some Asian territories. That regional exception does not change the UK release. This is a Switch 2 game, not a native edition for the original Nintendo Switch.
How to find and download the Nintendo edition
On Switch 2, open Nintendo eShop with the Nintendo Account you want to use. Search for RV There Yet?, choose the listing by Nuggets Entertainment and check that it says Nintendo Switch 2. Complete the purchase, then download the game to your console.
RV There Yet Switch 2 has a listed game file size of 2.6 GB on Nintendo’s North American store. Leave a little extra space for updates. In the eShop, look for Nuggets Entertainment as the publisher: RV Drive There is a separate game with a similar name.
RV There Yet Switch 2 UK price
The game is sold as a digital Switch 2 download. To see the UK price, open its listing in the UK eShop; the amount in pounds appears before checkout. The $7.99 US price on other storefronts is not a UK Nintendo price.
The Switch 2 edition is its own game purchase. Nintendo Switch Online covers the online service for co-op, not the cost of the title. Your purchase is linked to the Nintendo Account you use at checkout.
RV There Yet Switch 2 online multiplayer and membership

Nintendo lists one player on a single console and one to four players online. Nintendo Switch Online is required to use online co-op. Each player joins from their own device, and one player hosts a group containing up to three other friends.
The group cooperates to get the RV through difficult roads, including using front and rear winches, gathering supplies and repairing damage. You share one vehicle instead of racing separate RVs. Nintendo does not list four-player local split-screen, so arrange online sessions for friends on their own systems.
How RV There Yet Switch 2 crossplay works
Full crossplay arrived October 29 with patch 1.4.1. Switch 2 owners can now share sessions with friends on Steam, Xbox, PS5 and Microsoft Store PC. The update adds joining by code and a public session browser with filters for session length, number of players and open slots.
To join a friend, make sure both of you have the current game build. Have one person host an online lobby and share the session code shown by the game. The other player enters that code through the multiplayer join interface. The maximum group remains four across all platforms combined.
RV There Yet Switch 2 in TV, tabletop and handheld modes
RV There Yet Switch 2 supports all three standard Switch 2 play modes. Use TV mode with a connected television, tabletop mode with the console propped up, or handheld mode when carrying it. The controls remain centred on driving, winches and looking after the vehicle.
Nintendo also lists touch-screen support. Play on the television, use the console’s kickstand for tabletop mode or take the game into handheld mode. All three modes run the same RV adventure, solo or with up to three friends joining online.
