VOID DIVER VIP Trust increases when you give VIP customers gifts and complete their Requests in BALUSHA. Higher Trust unlocks conversations and improves both the success chance and price of Artifact Negotiation. This is one of the biggest changes to shop management in the November closed beta.
The new system lets you invite VIPs into the Lounge, learn what they prefer and decide which materials to hand over. Taking care over those choices matters, especially because abandoning a Request can actually lower your relationship with a customer.
How to increase VOID DIVER VIP Trust

The two confirmed ways to improve VOID DIVER VIP Trust are giving gifts and completing material Requests. Each VIP prefers different items, while fulfilling a requested material order provides a large Trust increase and a completion reward.
How to invite VIPs with the Lounge telephone
Install the telephone interior item in BALUSHA’s Lounge to invite VIP customers. The developer specifically identifies the telephone as the invitation feature. It has not specified an exact material cost or quest requirement for installing it in the October notes, so use the current furnishing menu to check what your build requires.
Which gifts are best for VOID DIVER VIP Trust?
Start by checking the VIP’s preferred items in the current game interface. A gift that suits one customer will not necessarily be the favourite of another, so the useful choice is the item that matches the person you’re dealing with. The October developer notes do not include an item-by-item gift chart.
You can give items you no longer need, but consider whether a crafting material might be more useful for your own equipment. The VOID DIVER VIP Trust system rewards attention to the individual customer rather than thoughtlessly handing over every spare item.
How VIP Requests work and when not to abandon one
A VIP may ask you for a specific material. Deliver it to complete the Request, receive a reward and gain a substantial amount of Trust. Requests can be accepted, swapped or abandoned, so you are not locked into the first task you see.
- Meet or invite the VIP at BALUSHA.
- Check which material the VIP wants and whether you can obtain it.
- Accept the Request if the requirements suit your current progress.
- Deliver the material to claim the reward and increase Trust.
- Use swapping if needed, but remember that abandonment reduces Trust.
Abandoning an accepted Request lowers VOID DIVER VIP Trust, so check the material requirements before taking the job. If a Request no longer suits you, review the swap option before giving it up. Delivering the requested material is what earns the large Trust increase and completion reward.
How VOID DIVER VIP Trust affects Artifact Negotiation
Higher Trust improves negotiation success and the prices you can obtain when dealing with VIPs. The beta also redesigns the negotiation process, changing the old limited-attempt system into one featuring a suspicion gauge and cards with different Persuasion types.
Each VIP has preferred Persuasion types. During a negotiation, watch the suspicion gauge and choose cards that suit the customer’s disposition. Trust improves your odds and the price, but it does not make the card choices irrelevant.
Will VOID DIVER VIP Trust carry into the full release?
No. The November closed beta has separate saves that will not carry into the January 2027 release. Any VOID DIVER VIP Trust gained during the CBT is test progress, just like character levels or equipment collected there.
For now, install the VIP telephone, choose gifts with the customer’s preferences in mind and finish Requests you can realistically complete. Avoid abandoning them casually, and use each negotiation to learn which Persuasion types work for that VIP.
