The PS5 game became available at 2pm GMT on October 29, matching PlayStation’s 14:00 UTC listing and Nuggets Entertainment’s 3pm CET launch target. It is available to buy and download now.
Steam received the original game in October 2025, and Xbox followed in June 2026. The PlayStation and Nintendo Switch 2 editions arrived together, alongside crossplay patch 1.4.1. This is the Nuggets Entertainment release about driving an RV towards Route 65, not the unrelated game RV Drive There.
RV There Yet PS5 UK price and buying options
The UK listing is £6.49, while the US PlayStation Store charges $7.99. Those are regional prices for the same standalone game. Your PlayStation Store will show the total in pounds before you buy.
Buying the game and paying for online multiplayer are two different things. PlayStation Plus gives eligible accounts access to online co-op, but you still purchase the PS5 game separately. If you’re playing alone, the store lists online play as optional.
RV There Yet PS5: how to buy and download
Open PlayStation Store on your PS5 and search for RV There Yet?. Select the PS5 game published by Nuggets Entertainment AB. Complete the purchase, then choose Download. You can also find purchased games in Game Library under Your Collection.
Once installed, launch the game and let it finish any available update before inviting friends. If the game does not appear in your library, make sure you are signed in with the PlayStation account that purchased it. PlayStation’s store page lists 12 accessibility features including audio, subtitles and control reminders.
RV There Yet PS5 online multiplayer and PlayStation Plus
The PS5 listing confirms one local player and up to four online players with PS Plus. The host is included in that four-person limit. This is online co-op between separate devices, not a four-player split-screen game on one television.
You work together to get the RV through difficult terrain, using front and rear winches, gathering supplies and repairing the vehicle when things go wrong. One person can drive while others help outside. Working together is the point, rather than racing against rival RVs.
RV There Yet PS5 crossplay with Xbox and Switch 2
RV There Yet PS5 gained full crossplay on October 29.
Patch 1.4.1 added join by code. The host opens an online lobby and shares its joining code with friends, who enter it through the game’s multiplayer interface. Make sure everyone has the current game version and the required online memberships before trying to connect.
RV There Yet PS5 DualSense and controller fixes
The PlayStation Store lists vibration and trigger effects for the DualSense controller. Separately, patch 1.4.1 introduced controller vibration and changed aiming sensitivity so it is no longer tied to frame rate. These improvements are part of the game’s current control setup.
For a solo trip, start the game without opening an online lobby. To play with friends, update the game, check your PS Plus membership and join the host’s session. That same lobby can include players on PS5, Xbox, PC and Switch 2.
