RV There Yet Patch 1.4.1 arrived on October 29, 2026, bringing full crossplay to Steam, Xbox, PS5, Nintendo Switch 2 and Microsoft Store PC. Nuggets Entertainment released the patch alongside the new console editions and several fixes for online sessions, controllers and achievements.
This update adds join by code and IP, improves networking and expands the session browser. It also addresses a golf-ball softlock, changes the Minesweeper achievement requirement and fixes three achievements that were failing for clients in multiplayer.
RV There Yet Patch 1.4.1 release and crossplay

Steam and Xbox received build 1.4.1 on October 29, the date PS5 and Switch 2 launched. The developer confirms that friends across supported platforms can now enter the same four-player online game. This is the first full cross-platform rollout across the current console and PC releases.
Players should install the update through their own platform before joining mixed-platform sessions. On Steam, use the game’s normal update download; on consoles, check for a game update. PC players who bought through the Microsoft Store can join the same supported crossplay pool.
RV There Yet Patch 1.4.1: codes, IP joining and filters
With RV There Yet Patch 1.4.1 installed, friends can join a host’s session using its code, regardless of platform. Join by IP is available as a separate option. The public browser now offers an alternative when you want to find an open group instead of joining a specific friend.
In the public browser, use session length, player count and open slots to find a suitable game. A group holds four people including the host, so select one with a free place before trying to join.
RV There Yet Patch 1.4.1: achievements and Minesweeper
RV There Yet Patch 1.4.1 fixes achievements that were not unlocking for clients in co-op. The developer specifically names Absolute Calm, Jesus and fps_doug. The notes identify the client-side unlocking problem, rather than changing the challenges those three achievements represent.
Minesweeper has a lower target: setting off five mines instead of the previous fifty. After updating, the achievement condition is five triggered mines. Players who still need Minesweeper can complete the reduced target rather than the older fifty-mine challenge.
Golf ball softlock, waving and controller changes

The update fixes a softlock caused when a golf ball rolled into water. That was a progression problem and is now addressed in version 1.4.1. Waving also received usability improvements, alongside the controller changes in this update.
The patch adds controller vibration and fixes aiming sensitivity being linked to frame rate. That is particularly useful when performance fluctuates during the journey. Players can use their current controller settings without compensating for the game’s old frame-rate behaviour.
Networking, user interface and localization
RV There Yet Patch 1.4.1 includes networking improvements alongside the new joining tools. Nuggets also lists minor user-interface tweaks, minor localization changes and other general bug fixes. These sit alongside the larger crossplay, achievement and controller updates.
If a lobby refuses to open, confirm that the host and joining players have updated, the session has an open slot and the platform online service is working. Check the new lobby filters if public sessions are not showing.
RV There Yet Patch 1.4.1: October 30 hotfix
Nuggets Entertainment released hotfix 1.4.1.21945 on October 30 to fix floating interactable objects that appeared after the crossplay rollout. Affected items could behave incorrectly during a game, particularly when a Nintendo Switch 2 player was hosting.
The developer scheduled the matching Switch 2 fix for the following week. Until that update arrives, the floating-item issue can still occur in sessions hosted on Switch 2. The original crossplay and join-code features remain available. Check the update queue on your platform before starting a new game.
How to install RV There Yet Patch 1.4.1
Steam players can open their Library, select RV There Yet? and finish any pending game update. Xbox players can use the console’s updates section; PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 owners can check for the latest game version using their platform’s normal update process. Once everybody is running the current build, start or join an online session.
The October 29 release brought the platform lineup together, added new joining tools and addressed achievement, controller and gameplay problems. Nuggets followed it with a smaller hotfix on October 30. Both announcements are available through the developer’s Steam updates.
