Pawniard will appear more often in the wild, with increased chances of Shiny and Special Background encounters. Pokémon GO Pawniard Community Day November 2026 UK time and schedule
The event begins at 2 p.m. in the UK and follows local time everywhere. The catching and evolution windows are different, so plan around both:
- 2 to 5 p.m.: increased Pawniard encounters and the main catching, Incense and hatch bonuses.
- 2 to 9 p.m.: temporary Bisharp evolution, Kowtow Cleave, discounted trades, an additional Special Trade and boosted Pawniard encounters at regular Lures.
- 9 p.m.: the reduced raid requirement ends and the exclusive evolution attack deadline passes.
Pokémon GO Pawniard Community Day November 2026 bonuses
The main bonuses are one-quarter Egg Hatch Distance for Eggs placed into incubators during the event, double catch Candy and twice the chance of receiving Candy XL from catches for Trainers level 31 and above. Standard Incense used during event hours lasts three hours; Daily Adventure Incense is excluded.
Lure Modules activated during the event last one hour. Regular Lures have a high chance to attract Pawniard until 9 p.m., including possible Shiny and Special Background encounters. Taking snapshots can also trigger a surprise.
Between 2 and 9 p.m. you can make one extra Special Trade, up to two that day, with 50% less Stardust required for trades. That leaves four hours after the main event to trade and evolve.
How to evolve Bisharp and get Kowtow Cleave before 9 p.m.
For Pokémon GO Pawniard Community Day November 2026, Bisharp needs just one Dark- or Steel-type raid boss victory while set as your Buddy, instead of the usual 15. The evolution still costs 100 Pawniard Candy.
- Catch Pawniard and evolve one into Bisharp with 50 Pawniard Candy, or use an existing Bisharp.
- Set the Bisharp you plan to evolve as your Buddy before the raid.
- Defeat a Dark- or Steel-type Raid Boss. Bisharp does not need to fight on your team.
- Check that Bisharp’s evolution progress is complete, then evolve before 9 p.m. local time.
Pokémon GO clarified the Buddy requirement in an 28 October correction. Its earlier claim that Bisharp didn’t need to be your Buddy was withdrawn. Choose the Bisharp you want to evolve before entering the raid.

Shiny Pawniard, Special Backgrounds and Field Research
Wild Pawniard can be Shiny, have a Special Background, or appear with neither. The event increases the chances, but guarantees neither feature. Regular Lures keep attracting Pawniard until 9 p.m., giving you more encounters after 5 p.m.
