Loftia early access release time is 6pm GMT in the UK on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Qloud Games has confirmed a worldwide launch at 1pm EST, with its cosy multiplayer life sim arriving on Steam and the Epic Games Store for Windows and compatible Macs.
Anyone returning from October’s Steam Next Fest demo is getting more than another short trial. The paid Early Access edition opens the full core storyline, adds areas beyond Loftia City and expands the activities available across its floating islands. Here is how the launch works, how much it costs and what comes next for other platforms.
Loftia early access release time worldwide

All regions unlock at the same moment. Because the UK and United States have switched back to standard time before November 3, the announced 1pm EST is 6pm GMT, not 5pm. The Loftia early access release time converts as follows.
| Region | Launch time |
|---|---|
| UK | November 3, 6pm GMT |
| US Eastern | November 3, 1pm EST |
| US Pacific | November 3, 10am PST |
| Central Europe | November 3, 7pm CET |
| Japan | November 4, 3am JST |
| Sydney | November 4, 5am AEDT |
If you’re checking the Loftia early access release time from Japan or Australia, November 4 is the correct local date. It’s the same worldwide launch, just on the other side of midnight.
Loftia Early Access price and launch discount
Loftia is not free to play. Qloud Games has announced a $29.99 US base price and a limited-time 17% launch discount bringing the US price to $24.89. The developer has also confirmed regional pricing, but has not given a definitive UK amount in its FAQ. The GBP total shown on your chosen storefront is the one to use.
The purchase grants access to gameplay during Early Access, with optional cosmetic purchases available inside the game. Qloud Games says those purchases will not provide pay-to-win advantages. The Loftia early access release time is when the paid version opens, rather than a fresh run of the free October demo.
Which platforms support Loftia on November 3?
Windows PC and Apple Silicon Macs are the confirmed launch platforms, through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Macs need macOS 14 Sonoma, an Apple M2 or newer supported chip, 8GB memory and 10GB of available storage. Intel-based Macs are not supported. The Windows minimum includes 8GB RAM, 10GB storage and a GTX 1050 or RX 560-class graphics card.
Nintendo Switch is scheduled for 2027, with no more precise date. Developer support for controllers and Steam Deck does not equal a Valve Verified Steam Deck rating, and the team has not yet promised cross-platform play. Buying on one platform also does not grant a free copy on another, according to the developer FAQ.
Switch owners checking the Loftia early access release time will need to wait longer. The Nintendo version is planned for 2027, while November 3 is the PC and Mac launch.
What can you actually play at launch?
Early Access covers three main story regions: Loftia City, the Hanging Gardens and the Gridfall. The game lets players advance their skills and perks, customise floating-island homes, explore adventure islands, spend time with friends and take part in a community farm minigame. Farming, crafting, decorating, gathering resources and community projects are central to everyday play.
The MMO-style world requires an online connection, and Qloud Games has discussed caring for adoptable companions, including animals such as capybaras and turtles. Some features remain part of the longer-term roadmap. Study Cafe, Player Markets and Clubs are listed among systems for the completed version rather than promises for day one.
Qloud Games expects approximately one year of Early Access, although that is an estimate and the eventual version 1.0 date depends on development and community feedback. The Loftia early access release time on November 3 therefore begins the paid early version, not a finished 1.0 release.
Does the October demo progress carry over?
Yes. According to Qloud Games, progress and character names claimed during the October 19 to 26 Steam Next Fest demo carry into Early Access. There is a separate name-reservation deadline: if a demo player does not log into the paid game between November 3, 2026 and February 3, 2027, that name becomes available for somebody else to claim.
The February deadline concerns the name reservation, not a confirmed deletion of saved progress. Return through the account you used during the October demo.
For UK players, the Loftia early access release time is 6pm GMT on November 3. The paid launch covers PC and Mac, with the Nintendo version following in 2027.
