The closure began with the October 26 maintenance preparations for Update 4.18.0. Amazon Game Studios and NC are reconciling active listings and outstanding sales before the November 10 service transfer. This is a service-wide trading pause, not a penalty on individual accounts.
Switching characters, reinstalling the game or logging in on another platform won’t bypass the market closure. Trading resumes when the service transition is complete and NC enables it.

Items that were still listed when the market closed were delivered to the NPC Storage Manager. The announcement explicitly states delivery can exceed your usual storage capacity, so a full storage inventory should not automatically prevent a listed item being returned.
Visit the NPC Storage Manager and check for any equipment or materials that were still listed when trading stopped. The Throne and Liberty Auction House closed with those items returned to storage, even where the usual capacity was already full.
What Happens to Pending Lucent?
Any outstanding Lucent from sales that already completed will be credited to your balance. Existing Lucent, Sollant, Loyalty Points and Ornate Coins remain usable before and after the change of publisher and are included in normal account migration.

Can You Buy Lucent or Packs While It Is Closed?
Celebration Packs, Character Boosts and Lucent packs were suspended on Steam, Xbox, PlayStation and the in-game Shop from October 26. The publisher paused those purchases to make sure payments and entitlements reconcile cleanly during migration.

Yes. The normal migration covers items, inventory, currency and entitlements. Auction listings are converted back into storage items before that migration, while completed-sale proceeds appear as Lucent in your balance.
Your Storage Chest is separate from the NPC Storage Manager. Unclaimed purchase rewards in the Storage Chest will be automatically claimed and sent to mail during migration, while unclaimed regular mail and attachments are preserved.

After NC opens the new service, use your usual platform account, accept the new terms and check NPC Storage Manager → Lucent balance → Mail. Your auction items and payments are not all delivered to the same place.
If an expected item still cannot be found after maintenance has ended, note its name, quantity, character and sale details. Follow the missing items after migration checklist before reporting it to NC support.
