Genshin Impact Version 3.3 release date and leaked banners

Except for the understandable delay of Genshin Impact Version 2.7, HoYoverse has always been conscientious about updating the game according to schedule. The six-week duration per patch is something that fans of the game are already used to. However, with the announcement that updates from 3.0 to 3.2 will only be five weeks long, Version 3.3 will surely arrive earlier than usual.

This announcement was made during the Genshin Impact 3.0 Special Program. While this means that players will have lesser time to obtain as many Primogems and Fates for the banners that they want, this also means that the game will have more content to offer, including the expected arrival of Nahida and Layla in Version 3.2.

With the expected new Archon character in 3.2, the said patch will surely be worth looking forward to. However, Version 3.3 also has exciting content to offer. By this time, the game has been rumored to release another Fatui Harbinger as a playable character!

When is Genshin Impact Version 3.3 release date?

Since it was announced that Versions 3.0 until 3.2 will end a week earlier than the usual six-week cycle, Genshin Impact 3.3 is expected to be released on December 7, 2022. This version will then go back to the usual 6-week cycle per patch.

What banners will be available in Genshin Impact Version 3.3?

The banners we will include in this section are only based on leaks. They have not been confirmed yet, so take these details with a grain of salt.

PHASE 1 Banners: Wanderer and Raiden Shogun (New 4-star character: Faruzan)

As mentioned earlier, a Fatui Harbinger has been leaked to make his debut as a playable character in this version. This character is the Wanderer or more commonly known as Scaramouche.

This character has been long-rumored to become playable in previous versions. However, his addition to the game in Version 3.3 is the most reasonable, as Scaramouche is expected to play a major role in the Archon Quest in Sumeru as the final boss.

With his expected release, a new 4-star character is also expected to arrive. This character is named Faruzan, who is rumored to be a dedicated support character for Scaramouche. She was previously compared to Venti. However, not much is currently known about this character except that she is a 4-star Anemo character who wields the bow.

On the other hand, the Raiden Shogun will most likely have a banner rerun. It can be recalled that the Raiden Shogun and Scaramouche are both puppets created by the Electro Archon Ei to become the vessel of her Gnosis. However, Ei deemed the latter to be a little too gentle for the task. Not wanting to kill him, she allowed him to take control of his life.

PHASE 2 Banners: Eula and Ayaka

Eula was previously leaked to have a banner rerun in Version 3.1 and Albedo in 3.3. However, Albedo had a rerun in 3.1, which means that the 5-star Cryo claymore user might have her rerun during the second phase of Version 3.3.

On the other hand, Ayaka is also said to have a banner rerun by this time. If this is true, Version 3.3 will be a good time to release her rumored new skin.
