Arrowhead Game Studios has released the latest update for Helldivers 2, the 01.000.203 update. This update finally adds the Engineer kit passive to the new CE-27 Ground Breaker armor from the recently released Democratic Detonation Premium Warbond. It has also been announced that a future update will address the excessive fire damage that is plaguing the game right now.

The Automatons have returned with a vengeance after being eradicated for just one day following a recent Major Order event. Although the Helldivers initially had to go on the defense, the tide seems to be turning once again as Super Earth is liberating planets across the galaxy and taking down the robot army.

Here are the full patch notes for the Helldivers 2 01.000.203 update.

Things have been kicking off in Helldivers 2 this month, following the month starting with a Major Order failure, which gave the Automatons the upper hand. Super Earth then went all out to redeem itself and the Helldivers eradicated the Automatons from the galaxy. But, this was all a ploy as the robot army had been working in secret to build tens of thousands of warships to return with as much firepower as the Helldivers had seen so far, which put them on the back foot.

Thankfully, Super Earth is back on the offense, but the Automatons aren’t giving up without a fight as the Factory Strider made a return today. If you’re just jumping into the fight for the first time, we highly recommend checking out the guides for the best Helldivers 2 weapons and best armor from our friends over at VideoGamer.
