When is the Monster Hunter Outlanders release date?

The Monster Hunter Outlanders release date is October 29, 2026 for iOS and Android. Capcom announced the date on September 29 and describes the game as a mobile survival hunting action title developed by TiMi Studio Group. The global release is free-to-play with in-app purchases, so there is no base purchase required before downloading the standard mobile version.
Capcom also separates the Mainland Chinese version from the wider launch. Its official product details say that version is scheduled from 2027 onward. That means the Monster Hunter Outlanders release date should not be treated as one identical availability date for every territory worldwide.
What time does Monster Hunter Outlanders launch?
Which platforms launch on October 29?
Capcom’s confirmed launch platforms are iOS and Android mobile devices. The Monster Hunter Outlanders release date does not currently apply to Steam, a native Windows client, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S or Nintendo Switch 2 because none of those versions has been announced for this game.
That mobile-only wording is important because the wider Monster Hunter series has a large console and PC audience. Outlanders is a separate mobile project rather than a new edition of Monster Hunter Wilds. Capcom specifically describes it as the latest mobile title in the series and highlights controls optimized for phones and tablets.
What to do on launch day
You should also make sure the store account on your device is set to the region you actually use, rather than chasing APK files or unofficial mirrors. If the listing is not available in your territory on launch morning, a regional rollout or store refresh is more plausible than an immediate need to sideload the game.
Monster Hunter Outlanders release date summary
That gives players enough information to plan without manufacturing precision. Treat October 29 as the confirmed launch date, keep the official store listing handy, and use any verified local countdown that appears closer to release. The Monster Hunter Outlanders release date is useful precisely because the day is official even while the hour is not. Until Capcom publishes a universal time, the Monster Hunter Outlanders release date should not be converted into a made-up worldwide midnight launch.
