Pokémon GO Regional Championships Bonus Event Timed Research 2027 Tasks and Rewards

Regional Championships Bonus Event Timed Research 2027 is the battle-focused research track available through supported Pokémon Championship Series side-event gameplay. Rather than asking for wins, the stages are built around simply completing GO Battle League battles, which makes the research accessible even to Trainers who are visiting for the local Pokémon GO bonuses rather than competing seriously.

The reward path is worth completing because it distributes species-specific Mega Energy for Sableye, Malamar, Audino, Mawile and Steelix, then adds Stardust and useful battle items on top. Below you can follow the live task sequence in order, see exactly what each stage pays out, and jump to the linked Mega Energy guide if you want the total across both Regional research lines.

Regional Championships Bonus Event Timed Research 2027 tasks

Task	Reward
Battle in GO Battle League 2 times	100 Sableye Mega Energy
Battle 4 times	100 Malamar Mega Energy
Battle 6 times	100 Audino Mega Energy
Battle 8 times	100 Mawile Mega Energy
Battle 10 times	100 Steelix Mega Energy

Completion rewards are one Charged TM, 10,000 Stardust and one Elite Fast TM.

How much Mega Energy is available?

The five task rewards total 500 Mega Energy, split evenly across Sableye, Malamar, Audino, Mawile and Steelix.

Because the energy is species-specific, it cannot be transferred between those Mega Evolutions.

Do the battles need to be wins?

No. The live task list says Battle in the GO Battle League rather than Win.

Entering and completing ten valid GBL battles should progress the full line regardless of result.

Elite Fast TM reward

The Elite Fast TM is part of the overall completion reward, not an individual two-battle milestone.

Finish the full ten-battle sequence and claim the final rewards before the event research expires.

Who can use the research?

It is tied to the Championship Series side-event environment rather than a season-long research line automatically granted to every account everywhere.

Check the local event tab when attending a supported Regional Championship.

Best way to finish quickly

Complete two full GO Battle League sets if your daily battle allowance permits. That reaches ten battles without needing a particular win count.

Prepare a legal team before arriving so you are not building lineups during a limited local event window.

How to approach the Bonus Event battle tasks

Regional Championships Bonus Event Timed Research 2027 is built around battle participation and rewards several different Mega Energy types. Check whether a stage asks you to battle or actually win before changing teams or spending time chasing unnecessary victories.

Because the rewards are spread across Sableye, Malamar, Audino, Mawile and Steelix Mega Energy, the research is useful even if only one or two of those Mega Evolutions are current priorities. Regional Championships Bonus Event Timed Research 2027 can top up several separate energy balances from the same event visit.

The Elite Fast TM is another reason not to leave completion until the last minute. Finish the required battles while the event environment is active, then claim every stage of Regional Championships Bonus Event Timed Research 2027 before leaving the venue.

If you are also doing Lure Up 2027, work on both research lines in parallel. That makes Regional Championships Bonus Event Timed Research 2027 part of one venue session instead of forcing a second pass through tasks you could have completed together.

That makes Regional Championships Bonus Event Timed Research 2027 particularly useful for players who want to build several Mega Energy balances from one event.
