2XKO Patch 1.3.3: Sett, Samira, 35 Skins and Key Fixes

2XKO Patch 1.3.3 launched on 27 October 2026 with two free champions, Samira and Sett, plus offline The Climb, a new Casual leaderboard and 35 skins. Riot calls this its last major content patch, but that doesn’t mean the servers are shutting down.

There’s a lot to unpack beyond the new fighters. LP works differently from the old Ranked system, choosing a queue now affects matchmaking priorities, and the October update contains a sizeable batch of bug and balance fixes. Here’s what changed and what still isn’t available.

What’s new in 2XKO Patch 1.3.3

2XKO Patch 1.3.3 introduces two different fighting styles. Samira switches between sword and pistols, building Style by varying the specials in her combos. She can cancel specials into more specials and has a coin taunt performed by pressing down three times. Sett is a brawler and grappler built around chainable grabs, heavy punches and Grit.

Both champions have been free to play since 2XKO Patch 1.3.3 arrived. You do not need the Ultimate Bundle, Credits or any unlock grind to select them. If you have been away from the game for a while, you can go straight into Training and try them out.

2XKO The Climb now works offline

2XKO Patch 1.3.3 expands The Climb, the game’s PvE mode, with new Tales chapters when you select Samira or Sett. Each also receives champion-specific augments, making their runs feel different from those of other fighters.

2XKO Patch 1.3.3 also makes The Climb playable offline. The drawback is important: offline attempts do not progress the quests that award chromas or avatar items. You can practise fights and experiment with augment builds offline, but you’ll need an online session for those unlock quests.

Leaderboard Points, 2,900 LP and matchmaking

Ranked did not return with 2XKO Patch 1.3.3. Instead, Casual lobbies now display players using Leaderboard Points (LP). To appear on the leaderboard in your current lobby, you need at least 2,900 LP. If nobody qualifies, it displays win streaks instead.

Wins and losses change your rating according to the opponent’s strength. Beat someone rated higher than you and you earn more. Lose to a weaker player and you lose more. The match-results screen does not show the precise change, but you can check your rating and rank under Main Menu, then Profile.

LP decay is planned but is not live yet. Riot says the future system will begin after 14 days without playing and deduct 25 points per day to a floor of 2,800. Playing again will stop decay and reset the timer. If you’re playing on October 28, inactivity won’t be taking LP away yet.

The matchmaking entry method matters now, too. Find Match focuses on getting you into a game quickly. Queueing through a cab while in Training Mode gives closer skill matches greater priority. Everyone remains in the same player pool, so these are different matching priorities, not separate Ranked and Casual systems.

With 2XKO Patch 1.3.3, The 2XKO Patch 1.3.3 cosmetic drop adds 35 skins to the Ultimate Bundle. The list includes the new fighters’ PsyOps Samira and Spirit Blossom Springs Sett cosmetics. If you already own the Ultimate Bundle, these new items should be added automatically. The bundle costs £33.99 in the UK, $39.99 in North America and €39.99 in Europe.

The table below groups all 35 names by skin collection. They’re included in the existing Ultimate Bundle, not sold as a separate October-only pack.

2XKO Patch 1.3.3 bug fixes and Training changes

2XKO Patch 1.3.3 also tidies up some frustrating fight interactions. Limit Strike now correctly grants its bonus when it defeats the second champion. Tag Launcher no longer loses an unintended frame of hitstun in the relevant combo situation, and the same kind of missing frame was corrected for Break and Fury Break when used by player one.

A corner interaction that allowed a cross-up after Break or Getup Attack has been addressed. Teching a throw should no longer steal two seconds from the Teamfight timer, and Riot fixed a side-dependent Fury Eject behaviour that could produce unintended cross-ups.

In Training, restoring a saved state now applies reversal settings properly, random counterhit should work as selected, and pausing or unpausing rapidly should no longer trigger the documented online Training crash. The patch also fixes a lobby menu issue that could leave a direction held until restarting the game.

There’s also a new Input Delay setting under Settings > Gameplay > Input. Riot says it affects offline modes only and suggests leaving the PC offline default at three frames. Online Training now remembers the most recent offline Training settings.

Riot has also made champion-specific balance changes. These include adjustments across the existing roster, rather than just bug fixes or new move sets for Samira and Sett. If you’re checking exact damage or frame-data changes for your main, use the official patch notes linked at the end; those numerical details matter more than a broad description of a buff or nerf.

Does 2XKO Patch 1.3.3 mean the game is closing?

No. Active development is ending in December 2026, but Riot says servers will remain online afterwards and offline play will continue. The company has also said it will give advance notice if those plans change. This is the last major content update, not an announcement that players will suddenly lose access to their accounts or multiplayer games.

The next scheduled release is being targeted as patch 1.3.3b on November 12 for small balance and bug fixes. Riot also mentions an optional early-December patch 1.3.5 for further bug fixes. These are forward-looking dates, not confirmation that either patch is already available.
