The Xbox Series X25 UK price is £759.99, and the limited-edition console arrives on 13 November 2026. It is a collector’s version of the existing Xbox Series X, finished in translucent green and bundled with a matching controller and a full digital copy of Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Before spending that much, it is worth checking the standard Series X prices and exactly what the anniversary bundle includes. Microsoft was showing the X25 as out of stock on its UK store on 1 November, and there is no extra graphics performance to justify the higher price.
Xbox Series X25 UK price and release date
Microsoft lists £759.99 including VAT, with a UK release timestamp of 00:00 on Friday, 13 November. That is the scheduled release time, not a promise of new stock arriving at midnight. General preorders opened on 27 August in selected markets, with a one-per-customer restriction.
The Xbox Series X25 UK price is official, but stock can change. Microsoft’s UK listing currently says Out of stock as checked on 1 November. Other participating retailers may have different availability. No guaranteed restock date has been confirmed, so check the final checkout status instead of trusting an old preorder headline.
What comes with the X25 console?
The £759.99 collection includes the 1TB Series X25 Limited Edition, an Xbox Wireless Controller X25 Special Edition, and a full digital download of Halo: Campaign Evolved. X25 has a 4K UHD Blu-ray drive for compatible games, but the bundled Halo game is not supplied on disc.
The case takes its OG Green finish from the original Xbox, with a glowing X, subtle anniversary details and an individually engraved number. Microsoft has not announced a worldwide production count, so the engraving cannot be used to calculate how many were made.
Microsoft has also not described the precise Halo redemption method. Buyers should follow the instructions provided with the console, rather than assuming a code is printed inside the box or that the game is already installed.
Xbox Series X25 UK price compared with normal Xbox consoles
The standard 1TB Carbon Black Series X costs £669.99 at Microsoft’s UK reference price. That makes the X25 £90 more expensive, even though both have disc drives and the same generation of hardware. The 1TB Robot White all-digital Series X is £619.99, but it cannot use physical discs.
| Console | UK listed price | SSD | Disc drive |
|---|---|---|---|
| Xbox Series X25 UK price | £759.99 | 1TB | Yes |
| Series X Carbon Black | £669.99 | 1TB | Yes |
| Series X Robot White | £619.99 | 1TB | No |
| Series X Galaxy Black | £589.99 shown at time of review | 2TB | Yes |
Microsoft’s UK console page also lists the 2TB Galaxy Black at £589.99 at the time of review, which unusually undercuts the smaller models. Because offers and availability can change, check the live store before relying on that figure. The Galaxy Black has twice the advertised SSD capacity of the anniversary console.
For anyone comparing the Xbox Series X25 UK price with the alternatives, remember the premium covers the limited-edition case, controller and Halo download. It does not buy an improved graphics chip or extra SSD capacity over the standard 1TB model.
Does the X25 run games better?
No. Microsoft describes it as delivering the power and performance of Xbox Series X. It uses the established Zen 2 and RDNA 2 architecture and supports true 4K gaming and up to 120 frames per second in games and displays that allow it.
The drive plays supported physical games, including eligible backward-compatible titles from earlier Xbox generations. That does not mean every old Xbox disc works. And, as with other consoles, some of the advertised 1TB SSD is reserved for system files.
Is the Xbox Series X25 UK price worth it?
For an Xbox collector, the green shell, numbered console and matching controller make the X25 distinctive. If you care more about playing games than owning anniversary hardware, a regular Series X disc model is the better-value choice at Microsoft’s reference prices.
The Xbox Series X25 UK price includes everything in the collection, not simply the controller. Check the seller’s exact listing, stock and delivery terms before paying. If the bundle’s unique design matters to you, this is the version to look for; if not, the standard console plays the same Series X games.
