The main Rayman Legends Retold PS5 exclusive bonus is the free Astro Bot costume. It becomes available on your first visit to Victor Velour’s costume shop. You don’t need the Deluxe Edition or a separate costume purchase.
Rayman Legends Retold launches on 3 December 2026 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2 and PC. The game itself is not exclusive to PlayStation. Here’s what PS5 players get, what’s included on the other platforms and how the crossover works.
What is the Rayman Legends Retold PS5 exclusive Astro Bot reward?

The Rayman Legends Retold PS5 exclusive Astro Bot outfit is unlocked at Victor Velour’s shop. Play until the costume shop becomes available and visit it for the first time. Ubisoft confirms that the costume is free on that first visit, with no extra charge, Lum price or special platforming challenge attached to the reward.
Astro Bot’s metallic white body and glowing blue accents have been adapted to Rayman’s floating limbs, gloves and shoes. Artists from Ubisoft Montpellier and Ubisoft Milan worked with Team Asobi on the design. The crossover follows Rayman’s cameo as a special Bot in Astro Bot in 2024.
The Rayman Legends Retold PS5 exclusive look is a costume for Rayman, not a separate playable character. For the unlock details, follow our free Astro Bot costume guide.
Does Rayman Legends Retold have PS5 Pro enhancements?
The Rayman Legends Retold PS5 exclusive features also include DualSense vibration and PS5 Pro Enhanced support, according to the PlayStation Store. The store doesn’t specify exact resolution or frame-rate gains for PS5 Pro.
Remote Play is supported, letting you stream the game from a PS5 to a compatible device. The confirmed campaign multiplayer is four-player local couch co-op. Remote Play support doesn’t establish native online campaign matchmaking.
Is any story content exclusive to PS5?
The Rayman Legends Retold PS5 exclusive edition contains the same major platforming adventure as the other formats: the new story, visually reworked levels, a mysterious sixth realm, dragon rides, four new musical stages and Kung Foot Evo. Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition is included in the Standard Edition on all announced platforms.

The Rayman Legends Retold PS5 exclusive Astro Bot costume is the named PlayStation-only cosmetic. The sixth realm, new musical levels, dragon rides and four-player co-op belong to the wider release.
Do you need Deluxe for the PS5-exclusive costume?
For the UK, the PS5 Standard Edition is £34.99 and the Deluxe Edition is £44.99. The standard package includes Rayman Legends Retold and Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition. Deluxe adds a Retro Pack with four costumes and the in-game Art Gallery. The Astro Bot costume remains free on PS5 whichever edition you choose.
Preordering either edition also grants two Hoodlum Havoc outfits for Rayman and Globox. These are a Ubisoft preorder bonus, not PS5-exclusive Astro Bot clothing. Our costumes guide separates the free crossover, preorder bonuses and paid Deluxe costumes.
Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2 and PC players get the full adventure, including couch co-op and Kung Foot Evo. The PS5 edition adds Astro’s outfit. See our local co-op guide for the supported player setup.
Our UK editions guide compares Standard (£34.99) and Deluxe (£44.99). The costumes guide lists all Retro Pack and Hoodlum Havoc designs.
