Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket lets you rent a Relaxation Set for seven days at Munchlax’s Nap Island. While the rental is active, the Pokémon you’ve deposited earns an extra 450 EXP per day on top of the island’s usual 150 EXP. That means up to 600 base EXP a day without using a helper slot on your regular team.
It’s included in the October Growth Bundle Vol. 6 L, but using it properly takes a little planning. Only one Pokémon can stay on the island, and withdrawing it before seven days have elapsed cuts the accumulated EXP in half. Here’s how the feature works.
Where to get the Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket
Growth Bundle Vol. 6 L costs 3,000 diamonds and includes one ticket, three Ultra Biscuits, ten Great Biscuits, four Growth Incense and four Handy Candy M. It’s limited to one purchase per account and available from October 11 at 4 a.m. until October 20 at 3:59 a.m.
The Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket was also introduced with the island feature in July 2026. Pokémon Sleep provided a ticket for a player’s first island deposit, and the item is primarily sold through the General Store. You don’t need to assume the October bundle is its only possible source.

How to unlock Munchlax’s Nap Island
Register 35 different sleep styles to complete the relevant Pokédex goal. A sign for Munchlax’s Nap Island then appears on the Pokémon Sleep home screen. Use it to travel to the island, where you can deposit one helper Pokémon to gain EXP gradually over time.
Choose a helper you don’t need on your active team for the next week. While it’s deposited, you cannot put it in your normal helping party or use items on it. It also won’t gain energy from your ordinary sleep research; the island restores some energy over time instead.
How to use a Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket
- Unlock Munchlax’s Nap Island by registering 35 different sleep styles.
- Enter the island from the sign on the home screen.
- Deposit one helper Pokémon you want to level.
- Use your Relaxing Nap Ticket to rent the Relaxation Set for seven days.
- Leave the helper deposited throughout the stay if you can. The rental clock counts only while a Pokémon is on the island.
- Withdraw the Pokémon after at least seven days to receive its accumulated experience without an early-withdrawal penalty.
The Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket rental clock pauses when there isn’t a Pokémon deposited. You can use additional tickets to extend the rental within the permitted limit, but check the remaining time on the island interface before spending another one.
How much EXP does the ticket add?
| Source | Per day | Seven days |
|---|---|---|
| Ordinary Nap Island gain | 150 EXP | 1,050 EXP |
| Relaxation Set bonus | +450 EXP | +3,150 EXP |
| Combined base EXP | 600 EXP | 4,200 EXP |
These are the published base rates for a continuous stay. The EXP builds up gradually while the Pokémon rests, and you collect it upon withdrawal. The Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket adds a flat 450 EXP per day; it isn’t a 3× Growth Incense effect.

What happens if you take your Pokémon out early?
Withdrawing before a full seven-day stay halves the EXP awarded, including the ticket’s added experience. The stay duration resets when you withdraw, so constantly swapping Pokémon is not a good way to use the Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket. If you need a particular helper for a research team tomorrow, don’t deposit that Pokémon today.
Munchlax may find Dream Shards, Candy and other items while a helper is staying. Its pickup box can hold up to 30 items; those items are still awarded on withdrawal even when you collect the Pokémon before seven days. That item rule doesn’t remove the separate EXP penalty.
Does a Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket stack with Growth Week?
No. The extra EXP from Pokémon Sleep Growth Week, Growth Incense and Sleep EXP Bonus subskills doesn’t apply to Nap Island accumulation. A Pokémon’s EXP-affecting nature can influence island gains, but the 1.5× October event isn’t added to the ticket’s daily amount.
You can still use the two systems at the same time with different Pokémon. Leave one helper on the island with the Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket while your active team benefits from Growth Week during regular nightly research. The two sources don’t multiply each other.
Is Growth Bundle Vol. 6 L worth buying for the ticket?
The bundle costs 3,000 diamonds, so consider whether you would use the four Growth Incense, biscuits and Handy Candy M as well. For a player already buying Growth Incense to take advantage of 3× October Sleep EXP, the other included items may be useful. For somebody who only wants island experience, it is an expensive way to obtain one ticket.
The bundle is sold until October 20, while the Growth Week event ends at 3:59 a.m. on October 19. Buying the bundle after the event finishes still gives you its items, but you won’t get the special 1.5× weekly Sleep EXP multiplier.
When should you use the Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket?
Start it when you have a helper you can spare for at least seven days. That lets you avoid the early-withdrawal penalty and earn the island’s extra EXP without disrupting your regular team. If you only want to train a Pokémon for one or two days, saving the ticket is likely a better choice.
A Pokémon Sleep Relaxing Nap Ticket doesn’t grant instant levels when you activate it. The extra EXP accrues over the rental period, and withdrawing the helper is what applies the accumulated amount.
