What happens after you already have Mew?
Pokémon Sleep allows you to befriend only one Mew. Once Mew is already in your box, further friendship progress can still matter because maxing Mew’s Friendship Points again can award a Eureka Seed (Mew).
Eureka Seed (Mew) is used to develop Mew by unlocking or changing its sub skill, ingredients or main skill. The first time you befriend Mew also awards a Eureka Seed, so later New Moon Day appearances can continue improving the one Mew you already own rather than giving you duplicate Mew.
Pokémon are less likely to become full
During the first snack time of each event day, Pokémon are less likely to become full. That bonus is not limited to Mew and Darkrai, so Pokémon Sleep New Moon Day October 2026 can also be useful when another Pokémon in your research needs several biscuits.
The bonus improves your chance to keep feeding, but it does not guarantee unlimited biscuits. Prioritise the Pokémon you actually want before using the whole snack period on a lower-priority catch.
