The complete list is Boxing, Table Tennis, Archery, Tennis, Volleyball, Bowling, Basketball, Golf, Thumb Wrestling, Skateboarding, Power Cruising and Prop Plane. Nintendo separately describes Jump Rope as a warm-up activity, so it should not be added as a thirteenth sport.

Five of the 12 carry over from the final 2022 Nintendo Switch Sports lineup: Tennis, Volleyball, Bowling, Basketball and Golf. Soccer, Badminton and Chambara are not among the 12 sports Nintendo has announced for Resort at launch. The returning sports use familiar motion controls, while the new leisure activities change how you explore Wuhu Island.

Nintendo Switch Sports Resort All Sports: ranked versus leisure activities

Island Crown covers nine competitive sports: Boxing, Table Tennis, Archery, Tennis, Volleyball, Bowling, Basketball, Golf and Thumb Wrestling. The three leisure activities have exploration challenges instead. Playing sports also earns Spocco Points for Item Center cosmetics. Pro League and Casual Online Play cover the nine competitive sports.

The game supports local and online play, and Nintendo has published different player limits by sport. Offline play supports up to four people on one Switch 2 in supported sports. Friend Lobby supports up to eight players online, with two per console. Casual Online Play and Pro League cover nine competitive sports.

Nintendo Switch Sports Resort All Sports: how it fits into the game

Nintendo Switch Sports Resort All Sports has a broader roster than the eight-sport Nintendo Switch Sports game. The addition of water, air and skateboarding activities also makes Wuhu Island part of the play space instead of merely a backdrop for courts and arenas.

Nine competitive sports have separate Island Crown rankings, while three leisure activities offer sightseeing challenges. All twelve are included in the base game, and you earn Spocco Points by playing.

Across the full game, Nintendo has confirmed 12 motion-control sports, Wuhu Island exploration, the offline Island Crown ladder and Spocco Points for Mii and Sportsmate customizations. The game was released on October 22, 2026, exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2.
