Treasure of Wisdom: A New Plan is a world quest in Genshin Impact that takes place in Sumeru. It is one of the several quests that will help increase your Reputation Level in the region.

How to unlock and complete ‘Treasure of Wisdom: A New Plan‘ in Genshin Impact
To unlock Treasure of Wisdom: A New Plan, you must first solve a series of hidden riddles in Sumeru City. These riddles are created by an NPC named Drusus. If you haven’t solved the riddles yet, be sure to check out our Drusus’ Riddles Guide here.
In that guide, you have everything you need to know, including all of Drusus‘ riddles, answers, and locations. Completing the riddles will also unlock the I’ve Got It! I’ve Got It! achievement.
Once all the riddles are solved, wait for your server’s next daily reset and look for Drusus. You can find him in the outskirts of Sumeru City. Check out the image below for your reference.
Here, you will help Drusus (1) set up another series of riddles in the city and (2) set up the treasure that the next riddle solver would get in the end. Simply follow the quest markers on your map.
Moreover, while there are dialogue options in this quest, all of them will eventually lead to its completion, so feel free to choose whatever you want.
