Layla piqued the interest of many Genshin Impact players when they first saw her name in one of Tighnari‘s voice lines. Now that the Layla Splash Art is supposedly leaked, fans began to create some fan art about the Akademiya student.

Although Layla‘s name does appear in one of Tighnari’s voice lines, it currently doesn’t contain anything, and everything that is known about her at the moment is based on leaks.

Therefore, it is important to take whatever information is shared outside the official Genshin Impact socials about the upcoming character with a grain of salt.

Layla Splash Art

The supposed Layla Splash Art was just recently shared by known leaker Genshin Mains on Twitter. First, the leaker tweeted a sketch of the splash art, saying that it was from “NGA who drew Candace before.”

In this tweet, the leaker mentioned that Layla‘s face is lifeless similar to Rosaria‘s, supposedly because she’s a burnt-out student from the Akademiya. With this, one fan art, among some others, was also shared. This also came from NGA, a popular online forum in China where several games, including Genshin Impact, are discussed.

Lastly and the juiciest of them all, the leaker teased fans with what looks like a blurred-out image of the Layla Splash Art. It even included the one for Nahida (AKA Kusanali) as both characters are speculated to be released by Version 3.2.

It can be recalled that Ubatcha, another known leaker, tweeted about Layla’s description as a character, saying:

She’s a student of the Rtawahist Darshan. She gets good grades though she works extremely hard for them. She has insomnia and her mind is constantly all over the place thinking about schoolwork. Honestly, she’s one of the most relatable characters.

Leaker BLANK also previously tweeted that the upcoming character would make her appearance in a plotline involving Yae Miko.

Genshin Impact is an action role-playing game developed by miHoyo, also known as HoYoverse. The game is available for PC, PS4, PS5, iOS, and Android, while a release on Nintendo Switch is currently in the works.
