CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops: How to Get the Sierra Outfit

The CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops campaign gives players a limited-time way to unlock Dylan Faden’s complete Sierra Outfit by watching participating streams. The outfit is split into three pieces, with the final Sierra Helmet requiring a total of four hours of eligible watch time.

The campaign runs from September 22 to October 13, 2026, giving players several weeks to earn all three rewards. Unlike many Twitch Drop campaigns, the CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops use redemption codes that are entered inside the game rather than requiring a separate Remedy account connection.

There are three CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops to earn during the campaign. Each reward is tied to a cumulative watch-time milestone, so reaching four hours is enough to unlock the complete Sierra Outfit.

Watch timeReward
1 hourSierra Suit
2 hoursSierra Vest
4 hoursSierra Helmet

You do not need four additional hours for the Helmet after earning the earlier pieces. The milestones are cumulative. Watch for one hour to reach the Suit, continue to two hours for the Vest, then reach four total hours for the Helmet and the full Sierra look.

How to get the Sierra Outfit in CONTROL Resonant

To earn the Sierra Outfit, watch a participating CONTROL Resonant stream on Twitch while the campaign is active. Streams need to be eligible for the promotion, so check that Drops are enabled before leaving a stream running for the required time.

  1. Sign in to your Twitch account.
  2. Open an eligible stream playing CONTROL Resonant during the campaign.
  3. Watch for at least one hour to earn the Sierra Suit.
  4. Continue to two total hours for the Sierra Vest.
  5. Reach four total hours for the Sierra Helmet.
  6. Claim each completed Drop from your Twitch Drops inventory.
  7. Copy the redemption code supplied for the reward.
  8. Open CONTROL Resonant and go to Options.
  9. Select Gameplay, then choose Enter Redeem Code.
  10. Enter the code to add the reward to the game.

The important difference with these CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops is the final redemption step. Claiming the reward on Twitch gives you the code, but you still need to enter that code inside CONTROL Resonant before the outfit piece is available in-game.

When do the CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops start and end?

The CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops campaign starts on September 22 at 7:00 a.m. PT, 10:00 a.m. ET and 3:00 p.m. BST. It ends on October 13 at the same listed times.

That start date arrives two days before the standard September 24 launch of CONTROL Resonant. The campaign remains active long enough that players who would rather avoid watching story footage before beginning their own playthrough can wait until later and still have time to finish the four-hour requirement.

Do you need to link a Remedy account to Twitch?

The published instructions for the CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops do not use a Remedy account-linking process. Instead, you claim each reward through Twitch, receive its redemption code and enter that code directly inside CONTROL Resonant.

You still need a Twitch account because your watch progress and completed Drops are tracked there. The code-based system simply removes the usual step of connecting Twitch to a separate game account before the cosmetic can be delivered.

Where do you enter Sierra Outfit codes in CONTROL Resonant?

Once Twitch gives you a code, launch CONTROL Resonant and open Options → Gameplay → Enter Redeem Code. Enter the supplied code there to redeem the corresponding Sierra item.

If you earn the CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops before you have access to the game, keep the reward information available so you can enter the codes once you can launch CONTROL Resonant. Remedy has not published a separate expiry date for the individual redemption codes beyond the campaign information, so there is no reason to assume a later deadline that has not been announced.

Which streams count toward the Sierra Outfit?

Only participating CONTROL Resonant streams with the campaign enabled will count toward the Sierra Outfit. Twitch normally shows Drops eligibility on the stream and in the Drops inventory, where you can also check whether your progress is increasing.

Because the CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops require as much as four hours, it is worth checking your progress after the first milestone rather than assuming any CONTROL Resonant broadcast counts. If the Sierra Suit appears after one hour, you know the stream is contributing correctly before leaving it running toward the later milestones.

Can you get the Sierra Outfit after October 13?

Remedy has only announced the Sierra Outfit through this Twitch campaign so far. There is no confirmed alternative unlock method after October 13, and Remedy has not said that the outfit will move into the game as a normal progression reward or store item later.

If you want the complete outfit, the safest option is therefore to finish the CONTROL Resonant Twitch Drops watch requirements while the campaign is active, claim all three Drops from Twitch and redeem the codes in-game.
