Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build: Season 15 Blazing Scream Setup

Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build

Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build for Season 15 uses Blazing Scream with Skull Splitter, the Elegy sword and Vanguard’s Inferno Fragment to deliver serious damage in high-level Pits and boss fights. It still lets you move around the arena, but this version adds Rampage and trades the comfortable Orbital Scream farming setup for more powerful skull projectiles.

Before copying this Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build, check your equipment. Elegy, The Eightfold Idol and Infernal Homunculus make the damage engine work, while Temerity and healing effects keep Metamorphosis from burning through your Life. If you’ve only just finished levelling and don’t own those pieces, our farming build is a better starting point. Here’s the complete endgame bar, upgrade path and rotation once you’re ready to switch.

Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build: the six skills and variants

The Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build uses Vanguard with the Inferno Fragment, binding Abodian as your Greater Demon. Skull Splitter is the important Blazing Scream variant, with Elegy granting that variant for free. This setup is based on the geared Season 15 Endgame version, not the earlier Orbital Scream Farmlock bar.

Action bar skillRecommended modifierPurpose
Blazing ScreamSkull Splitter, with Impact Velocity and damage upgradesMain Hellfire attack. Elegy creates powerful additional skulls.
RampageDemonic SmashSummons a brute and triggers Vanguard’s extra Archfiend during Demonform.
MetamorphosisDestruction DemonMaintains Demonform and builds Hellfire damage, while consuming Life.
Dark PrisonChain Aura with defensive upgradesControls packs and reduces incoming pressure while you attack.
Command FallenWrath generation and demon supportRefills Wrath when repeated Blazing Scream casts empty your resource.
Summon / Command AbodianVanguard bound demonMobility and demon support, including the command that helps you cross packs.

The Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build does not put Sigil of Subversion on its six-slot bar. You still invest points in its Sigil of Lava option because The Eightfold Idol creates damaging Sigil trails through Blazing Scream. That’s an equipment interaction, not a seventh active skill. The older guide’s suggestion to run Sigil of Subversion on the bar instead of a Wrath generator leaves the high-cost setup harder to sustain.

For your skill ranks, prioritise Blazing Scream first, then Metamorphosis and Dark Prison. Rampage needs its Demonic Smash modifier to fit this version, and Command Fallen deserves its Wrath-focused upgrades. The complete Season 15 Blazing Scream variant guide provides an interactive endgame planner if you want to copy every individual point and modifier rather than guessing at the remaining ranks.

Required Uniques and how to replace missing gear

For the Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build, three offensive items are especially important. Elegy is the build-changing weapon because it modifies Blazing Scream’s skulls and treats the attack as an Archfiend skill. The Eightfold Idol adds Sigil of Subversion trails, and Infernal Homunculus improves the Archfiend side of the attack. Without Elegy, use the Orbital Scream farming variant rather than expecting this high-damage version to perform properly.

SlotEndgame itemWhat it contributes
WeaponElegySkull Splitter and improved secondary skull damage.
Off-handInfernal HomunculusArchfiend scaling and its Lesser Demon interactions.
Ring 1Ring of Starless SkiesLower Wrath costs and stronger attacks while spending resources.
Ring 2The Eightfold IdolCreates damaging Sigil trails from your skull attacks.
AmuletMoloch’s Beating FlameBoosts Hellfire damage through empowered skills and Volatility.
PantsTemerityTurns overhealing into a Barrier to counter self-damage.
BootsSadistic AspectHealing as your demons die during combat.
HelmLeoric’s CrownStrong seasonal socket options for Soul Splinters.
ChestEnigmaMobility and useful defensive attributes.
GlovesHand of Apotheosis at Mythic qualityA strong late upgrade; well-rolled alternatives can outperform a weak copy.

The Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build is expensive because the offense and the defense depend on each other. Metamorphosis with Destruction Demon damages your character as you cast Hellfire abilities. Sadistic Aspect, Undying Aspect and Temerity are what let you keep casting without collapsing under that cost. Keep plenty of Maximum Life and enough Fire Resistance before pushing harder content.

If you’ve only found Elegy and the Idol, stay in the Warden farming version until your healing and off-hand are ready. Add Infernal Homunculus, sort out Wrath generation, then equip Ring of Starless Skies. Switching Rampage, Skull Splitter and Inferno together makes more sense once the supporting items are in place.

Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build: Paragon boards, Glyphs and stats

Your Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build should prioritise Critical Strike Chance, Attack Speed, Wrath Regeneration, Maximum Life and the damage stats that actually apply to Blazing Scream. Aim to keep resource costs under control with Ring of Starless Skies. Willpower helps as your class attribute, but another offensive roll means little if Demonform kills you or you spend half the fight waiting for Wrath.

The Season 15 Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build works through five Paragon boards. These give you a real progression target rather than a vague instruction to take more Core damage. The exact paths, node rotations and point order are best followed in the interactive planner.

BoardGlyphWhat you gain
StarterEldritch SightOpening stats and the first Glyph socket.
Demonic SpiculesDemonologistMore damage against targets repeatedly hit with Demonology effects.
RitualismUnboundAdditional power from the Sigil effect generated by the Idol.
FathomlessHellforgeDamage supported by recently summoned demons.
DynamismAttritionDemonform scaling from the Dominance you’re holding.

On the Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build, the Flesh of Abaddon Talisman set provides another major Hellfire multiplier. Aim for five matching set Charms to unlock the complete bonus, then use the remaining space for an extra damage option such as The Furnace. The five-piece bonus rewards your Demonform and Volatility interactions, so mixing unrelated sets halfway through the build can reduce your damage considerably.

At high levels, raise your Glyphs and improve Greater Affixes and Masterworking on the items that contribute to your actual damage loop. Critical Strike Chance and Attack Speed targets are ambitious endgame goals, not reasons to discard defensive pieces prematurely. Re-check Fire Resistance, Maximum Life and Wrath Regeneration whenever you replace an item.

How to play the endgame rotation

The most important trick with this Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build is activating Demonform before Rampage. Vanguard’s extra brute appears when you use the compatible Archfiend during Demonform. If you summon Rampage beforehand, the extra demon interaction is lost for that cast.

Against ordinary packs: travel in with Abodian, activate Metamorphosis, cast Rampage while transformed and fire Blazing Scream into the group. Aim skulls toward nearby walls where the secondary projectiles can bounce back into enemies. Use Command Fallen when Wrath gets low, and reserve Dark Prison for enemies that survive the opening damage rather than dropping it on empty ground.

Against bosses and high Pit elites: make sure Demonform is active, use Rampage to bring out the extra brute and place Dark Prison over the target. Keep the target on the Idol’s damaging lava trails while repeatedly casting Blazing Scream. Use Abodian’s command for positioning and avoid wasting the biggest damage window while a boss is invulnerable or moving out of range.

The Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build isn’t a one-button build. You’re balancing two resources, keeping Demonform available, and positioning both the skull projectiles and their trails. You should not repeatedly cast Metamorphosis while already transformed. It is better to keep the form active and use Command Fallen to restore the Wrath needed for your real damage skill.

Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build: upgrading from the farming version

If you’re moving over from the Blazing Scream farming setup, change one part at a time so you can tell when the stronger Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build is ready. The important swaps are below, with the farming version on the left and the high-damage version on the right.

PartFarming setupEndgame setup
Blazing Scream variantOrbital ScreamSkull Splitter with Elegy
Supporting active skillBombardment with Endless BarrageRampage with Demonic Smash
Vanguard FragmentWardenInferno

Combat priorityFast moving area damageStronger bosses and high Pit tiers

One final detail with the Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build: the highest Tower and Pit push versions can switch again to Profane Sentinel, Sigil of Subversion and more stationary damage windows. Those belong to a separate push loadout, not the mobile Rampage endgame configuration described here. If a planner shows Profane Sentinel where yours has Rampage, you’ve probably opened a different variant.

Why the build might feel weaker than expected

If your Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build damage looks low, first inspect Elegy, Skull Splitter and the selected Vanguard Fragment. A character still using Orbital Scream and Warden is effectively running the farming version. Check that Infernal Homunculus and the Idol are equipped, and make sure you’re casting Rampage during Demonform.

If Wrath runs dry, improve generation and cost reduction before adding another damage multiplier. If you die during your own attacks, check the healing Aspects, Temerity Barrier and Fire Resistance. If your skulls aren’t clearing packs, move your aiming point towards walls and keep the enemies within the Idol’s trails. These fixes are much more specific than simply farming for higher item power.

The Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Build is a geared progression build for players who want stronger Pit and boss damage without giving up all their mobility. Once the skill bar, Paragon, gear and Demonform rotation are working together, you can push considerably harder than you could with an unfinished collection of unrelated Warlock Uniques.
