Pokémon GO Mega Clefable Global Challenge starts on Friday, November 27 at 5 PM PST and ends on Saturday, November 28 at 8 PM PST. In the UK, that’s 1 AM GMT Saturday, November 28 to 4 AM GMT Sunday, November 29. Every completed Raid Battle helps players worldwide work towards extra Mega Clefable bonuses.
Those bonuses start later. Moonblast+ and Super Max CP boosts are scheduled for November 30 to December 13, with their strength determined by the tiers Trainers complete together. Here’s when you can contribute, when the rewards begin and which Mega Levels qualify.
Pokémon GO Mega Clefable Global Challenge: UK and worldwide times

The Pokémon GO Mega Clefable Global Challenge runs at the same moment worldwide. It’s not like the three-hour Raid Day, which starts at 2 PM wherever you live. Pokémon GO gives the challenge times in PST, eight hours behind the UK in late November, which is why it ends here on Sunday morning.
| Region | Challenge begins | Challenge ends |
|---|---|---|
| UK (GMT) | Sat 28 Nov, 1 AM | Sun 29 Nov, 4 AM |
| US West (PST) | Fri 27 Nov, 5 PM | Sat 28 Nov, 8 PM |
| US East (EST) | Fri 27 Nov, 8 PM | Sat 28 Nov, 11 PM |
| Central Europe (CET) | Sat 28 Nov, 2 AM | Sun 29 Nov, 5 AM |
| Japan (JST) | Sat 28 Nov, 10 AM | Sun 29 Nov, 1 PM |
| Sydney (AEDT) | Sat 28 Nov, 12 PM | Sun 29 Nov, 3 PM |
How to contribute to the Pokémon GO Mega Clefable Global Challenge
Take part by completing Raid Battles while the challenge is live. Those raids count towards shared worldwide tiers. Pokémon GO hasn’t announced exact completion targets or final rewards yet, so there isn’t a verified number of raids you should aim for.
You can help even outside the Clefable-specific raid hours. Clefable Super Mega Raid Day is November 28 from 2 PM to 5 PM local time, while the worldwide challenge lasts longer. Our Clefable Raid Day guide has the local bonuses and research details.

When do the Global Challenge rewards start?
The reward period is Monday, November 30 at noon PST to Sunday, December 13 at noon PST. For the UK, that means 8 PM GMT on each date. It’s 3 PM EST in New York. These aren’t extra Clefable Raid Day hours; they’re the times the challenge rewards are due to apply.
The Pokémon GO Mega Clefable Global Challenge is about unlocking those later boosts, not extending the November 28 local raid session. The actual strength depends on the number of tiers reached.
What are the two Mega Clefable bonuses?
| Eligible Mega Clefable | Potential bonus |
|---|---|
| Mega Level 1 or higher | Extra base power for Moonblast+ |
| Super Max level | Additional combat power (CP) boost |
Moonblast+ is Mega Clefable’s additional Charged Attack while Mega Evolved. It has an announced starting power of 80 in Trainer Battles, with a chance to reduce the opponent’s Attack, and 160 in raids. The Global Challenge can increase the move’s base power during the later reward window.
The special Moonblast+ event boost doesn’t apply in GO Battle League. That limitation concerns the challenge reward, rather than removing the move’s usual Trainer Battle effect. Our Mega Clefable Super Max guide explains how the additional attack and higher Mega Levels work.
To receive the separate CP reward, Mega Clefable must reach Super Max. A Clefable caught on Raid Day starts at Mega Level 1, so you’ll still need to progress to Max and spend more Mega Energy before the Super Max boost can apply.
Does the challenge change Remote Raid limits?
The Pokémon GO Mega Clefable Global Challenge also raises the Remote Raid limit to 20 from 5 PM PST on November 27 to 8 PM PST on November 28. The increase lasts for the challenge window, not only the local three-hour Clefable raids.
Joining a remote Super Mega Raid still requires a Remote Raid Pass and Link Charges. Locally, you can use Link Charges or a Premium Battle Pass. The higher Remote Raid limit changes how many raids you can enter, not the items needed to enter them. Our Super Mega Raids guide covers the requirements.
Are the Pokémon GO Mega Clefable Global Challenge tiers completed yet?

Not as of November 6. The challenge starts November 27, and no tier has been completed yet. Any claimed final Moonblast+ percentage or extra CP figure is a prediction, not a confirmed result.
Check the in-game progress once the event begins. The Clefable Raid Day ticket is separate: its extra XP, Stardust and Raid Pass benefits apply from 2 PM to 5 PM local time on November 28. You don’t need it to participate in the Pokémon GO Mega Clefable Global Challenge.
