WoW Hallow’s End Housing brings Hallow’s End 2026 into Founder’s Point and Razorwind Shores, with daily quests, ghost hunting, candy runs and a Wickerman Piñata outside your home. Start with the A Haunted Home quest, which sends you to the neighborhood Holiday Hub. Once there, you can take part in activities that fill your Neighborhood Contribution bar and earn candy to spend or exchange.

The 2026 celebration runs from 19 October to 2 November. Your neighborhood receives one of three randomly assigned themes, Duskwood, Felwood or Drustvar, which changes the decorations and candy-making quests. You can also visit another neighborhood if you need a different theme for an achievement. Blizzard lists 2 November as the closing date without specifying an exact UK hour, so finish any outstanding dailies beforehand.

To start WoW Hallow’s End Housing, accept A Haunted Home from a Holiday Enthusiast. Follow the breadcrumb to your housing neighborhood and speak with Yin Shuilan at the Holiday Hub. This short introduction gets you to the dailies, seasonal vendors, candy bucket and Wickerman Piñata without making you complete a long quest chain.

The hub can be found near /way #2352 53.8 33.6 in Founder’s Point or /way #2351 51.6 54.6 in Razorwind Shores. Look for the holiday decorations, candy bucket, trader, Wickerman and portal beside the hub. You can return to the same area each day for the available quests.

The WoW Hallow’s End Housing daily routine covers cleaning up wrappers, catching ghosts, spinning spider webs, making sweets with Nomi and delivering candy by broomstick. Your completed quests provide currency, and several also contribute to a shared progress bar that decorates the neighborhood and increases available candy.

How to complete Trick-or-Treating

One of the easier WoW Hallow’s End Housing dailies is Trick-or-Treating. Pick it up and look for Discarded Wrappers around the neighborhood Candy Buckets. Click the wrappers to clean them up and fill the shared Neighborhood Contribution bar. You can also tidy up another neighborhood if you’re visiting friends.

It’s worth clearing the wrappers while you’re already near the holiday buckets. They add to the neighborhood’s shared progress, and more contribution means more lootable candy at the Holiday Hub. You can also help in another neighborhood, so you aren’t limited to your own street.

How Ghost Busting works

Pick up Ghost Busting and put on the Ghost Gear supplied by the quest or beside the Ghost Tank. Find a wandering ghost, step inside its circle and use the Catch Ghost extra-action button. Follow it if it tries to escape. Catch five ghosts to meet the daily quest requirement, then return to the Holiday Hub and deposit them in the Ghost Tank. The daily rewards 3 Neighborhood Candy and 2 Tricky Treats. You can keep catching ghosts after the daily if you’re helping to fill the shared tank.

When the Ghost Tank fills, use it to summon the Shade of Seabreaker Skoloth. Keep your Ghost Gear equipped, approach the shade and use the extra action to Pull Hard towards the nearby magic portal. Avoid its knockback and fear attacks, then keep pulling until it reaches the portal. You’ll get a Tricky Treasure chest containing Tricky Treats and Neighborhood Candy. The Headless Horseman can also summon a shade elsewhere in the neighborhood.

If you’re collecting WoW Hallow’s End Housing achievements, I Ain’t Afraid of No Ghost requires 10 ghosts caught and deposited in any neighborhood. The Ghost Busting daily only asks you to catch five, so you may need to collect another five for the achievement. You don’t have to beat the Headless Horseman to finish this particular objective.

You’re a Spider, Man: webs and cooldown

Find a Webspinner Egg Sac and click it to become a Cuddly Webspinner for three minutes. While transformed, use the spider’s available actions to place up to 10 webs around the neighborhood. Each web helps raise the Neighborhood Contribution bar.

The transformation is temporary, and ending it starts a 15-minute cooldown. It’s worth using all ten web placements before stopping early if your aim is to contribute. You can do this between the other WoW Hallow’s End Housing activities.

WoW Hallow’s End Housing: Sugar Run and Wickerman Piñata

Yin Shuilan offers Sugar Run near the Wickerman. Use the portal to the neighborhood’s Duskwood, Felwood or Drustvar theme area and speak to Nomi. Choose a candy-making daily quest, collect the required ingredients and turn it in. Return to the neighborhood with your contribution for the piñata.

Completing a Sugar Run adds 10 candies to the shared Wickerman Piñata and rewards 4 Neighborhood Candy and 2 Tricky Treats. Once the piñata fills, someone can select Start Whacking, which starts a one-minute countdown. Hit it when the countdown ends, gather the candy it drops and pick up the extra candy when it breaks. Your contribution helps the whole neighborhood, not just your own character.

Broomstick Express: how to deliver the candy

For Broomstick Express, speak to Alaric Duskwick in Founder’s Point or Nargok Ghostcleaver in Razorwind Shores. Mount the nearby Delivery Broom and look for one of the marked Hallow’s End Celebrants around the neighborhood. Ride over, click the Celebrant to deliver the candy and return to the Holiday Hub to turn in the quest.

The daily reward is 4 Neighborhood Candy and 2 Tricky Treats. It’s a handy extra stop while you’re working through WoW Hallow’s End Housing quests, particularly when the Community Candy Crawl isn’t active.

WoW Hallow’s End Housing: Community Candy Crawl and Contribution

The Community Candy Crawl world quest runs for 15 minutes every hour. During that window, candy buckets appear outside occupied housing plots. Collect 10 Neighborhood Candy from them to finish the world quest for XP, 2 Tricky Treats and 3 Neighborhood Candy. This timed neighborhood activity is different from the fixed Midnight-zone Candy Buckets achievement.

For WoW Hallow’s End Housing, the easiest order is to complete A Haunted Home once, pick up the dailies, collect from the Haunted Candy Bucket and then join Community Candy Crawl when it appears. Finish Sugar Run and check the Wickerman Piñata afterwards. If the local Tricky Treat Trader offers a poor rate, hold on to your Neighborhood Candy and try another neighborhood or the next day’s rate.

Closing weekend: what to finish before November 2

For WoW Hallow’s End Housing, make the themed Nomi candy quests your priority if you’re working towards Sweet Tooth. It requires all three Duskwood, all three Felwood and all three Drustvar candy quests, so repeating the same daily won’t fill a missing criterion. Visiting neighborhoods with other themes can help you reach the ones your own neighborhood doesn’t offer.

Then finish I Ain’t Afraid of No Ghost by depositing ten ghosts in any neighborhood, and pick up any seasonal furniture while the holiday vendors are available. Our Hallow’s End decoration and achievement guide lists those rewards; the Midnight candy buckets guide covers the separate Tricks and Treats of Midnight achievement.
