Wolf Among Us Remastered discount not showing even though you own the original? Telltale has confirmed that some eligible players are seeing the wrong launch price. First check that you’re signed into the store account that owns the original digital game.
The offer runs from October 29 to November 12, 2026, with savings up to 50%. On PS5, your PlayStation Plus status affects the discount. Check the final price before completing payment.
Wolf Among Us Remastered Discount Not Showing: Seven Checks
- Check that the launch promotion is active, October 29 to November 12.
- Sign in with the account that owns the original digitally.
- Use the same storefront where the original was purchased.
- Confirm the original is a digital purchase, not a disc copy.
- On PS5, check whether your account has PlayStation Plus.
- Review the remaster’s price at checkout before buying.
- If eligible but the price is wrong, contact Telltale Support.
Buying the original a second time on a different platform won’t qualify an existing account. The digital ownership and remaster purchase must use the same store and account.

What Discount Should Each Store Show?
| Store | New buyers | Qualifying original owners |
|---|---|---|
| Steam | 20% | 50% |
| Epic Games Store | 20% | 50% |
| Xbox | 20% | 50% |
| PS5 with PS Plus | 20% | 50% |
| PS5 without Plus | Full price | 30% |
| Nintendo Switch | Delayed | Rules pending |
The Wolf Among Us Remastered discount can’t be stacked with another offer. Telltale lists a $24.99 standard US price; check your UK storefront for its GBP checkout amount.
How to Check Steam and Epic Games Store
On Steam, sign in to the account with the 2013 original. Open the remaster product page, where Telltale says the owner price appears automatically. On Epic, the eligible original must be in the same Epic account; its price is displayed on the store page and applied at checkout.
Buying the original on Steam doesn’t qualify you on Epic. If your Wolf Among Us Remastered discount is still missing even on the right account, use the official support process instead of repurchasing the original.
How to Check the Xbox Owner Discount
For Xbox, the original must be the Xbox One digital edition. Use the same Xbox account to buy the remaster. The owner price applies automatically at checkout, and Telltale says some eligible players with Xbox notifications enabled will receive a promotional alert.
Xbox Series X and S run the Xbox One remaster through backward compatibility. The owner rules stay the same.
Why PS5 Might Show 30% Rather Than 50%
The PS5 deal is different. Owners of the original PS4 digital edition receive 50% off with PS Plus or 30% off without it. New buyers with Plus receive 20%, while new buyers without Plus pay the listed price.
Seeing 30% as an eligible non-subscriber is correct. A Wolf Among Us Remastered discount issue arises when your account meets the higher tier but the store still shows an incorrect amount.
What to Tell Telltale Support
Include the platform store, the account used to buy the original, the displayed remaster price and the owner offer you’re eligible for. On PS5, include your PS Plus status. Use the official Telltale support route and only share purchase details when asked through its secure form.
Telltale and its store partners are working on the price issue. Don’t pay full price assuming an automatic refund will follow.
When Does the Owner Discount End?
Wolf Among Us Remastered discount offers end November 12, 2026. Telltale lists 6am Pacific Time as the end, with store and region differences. The dates do not apply to the delayed Nintendo versions, whose launch pricing will be announced later.
Before paying, use our owner upgrade and discount guide for the full eligibility rules. If your Wolf Among Us Remastered discount still doesn’t appear, contact Telltale Support before the promotion ends.
