Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace is the final Diablo IV BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drop, unlocked after six total hours of eligible Diablo IV watch time between September 12 and September 15. It is a free weapon cosmetic rather than a Battle.net Shop purchase.

Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace sits at the top of a three-stage Twitch reward track. You earn the Serrated Skean Dagger after two total hours, the Corroded Cleaver Axe after four hours and the mace after reaching six total hours.

How to get the Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace

To get the Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace, link Twitch to Battle.net and watch eligible streams in the Diablo IV category for six total hours during the BlizzCon 2026 campaign.

The campaign begins September 12 at 10 AM PT and ends September 15 at 9:59 AM PT.

You do not have to watch all six hours in one sitting.

You also do not need to stay on one streamer for the entire requirement because qualifying watch progress carries across eligible Diablo IV channels.

Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace watch time

The Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace requires six total hours.

4 hoursCorroded Cleaver Axe
6 hoursTintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace

The six-hour requirement is cumulative.

That means the time used to unlock the two-hour and four-hour rewards also counts toward the Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace.

You are not expected to watch two hours, then another four, then another six.

Which streams count?

Any eligible Twitch stream in the Diablo IV category can count while the campaign is active.

That includes BlizzCon panel coverage and participating creator streams covering Diablo news from the event.

Blizzard specifically says you can switch between eligible channels without losing progress.

The one thing you cannot do is speed up the Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace timer by running several streams at once.

Only normal eligible watch progress counts.

Do background streams count?

Blizzard warns that streams played in the background or in inactive browser tabs will not count toward the watch-hour requirement.

If the Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace is your goal, keep an eye on Twitch’s Drops progress rather than assuming a muted tab has been quietly earning time for several hours.

You can check current progress through the Twitch Drops Inventory.

That is also where you can claim each reward once its requirement is completed.

How to link Twitch and Battle.net

Sign into your Battle.net account and open the Connections area.

Choose Twitch and follow the prompts to sign into your Twitch account and authorise the connection.

It is worth doing this before beginning the six-hour Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace grind.

Blizzard notes that if you changed your password or made certain changes to either account, you may need to reconnect them.

How to claim the Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace

Once six hours are complete, open the Twitch Drops Inventory and claim the the six-hour mace.

Finishing the watch timer alone is not enough because Twitch requires completed Drops to be claimed.

If a Battle.net account has not been linked, a claimed reward can expire after seven days.

That makes account linking and manual claiming the two steps most likely to cause problems for players who leave the campaign until the last day.

Do you need to own Diablo 4?

No. Blizzard says you do not need to own Diablo IV or Lord of Hatred to gain progress toward and earn the Twitch Drops.

That includes the the cosmetic.

The cosmetic is designed for Diablo IV, but Twitch does not require you to own an edition of the game before the campaign timer progresses.

What devices can earn the mace?

PC and Mac web browsers can earn the the final mace reward, as can the official Twitch apps on Android and iOS.

Blizzard says Twitch apps on consoles, smart TVs and other television apps do not support the Drop.

If you normally watch BlizzCon on a TV, use a supported phone, tablet or computer for the six-hour Twitch progress.

When does the this mace cosmetic expire?

The opportunity to earn the the mace ends with the Diablo IV Twitch campaign on September 15 at 9:59 AM PT.

That is 12:59 PM ET, 4:59 PM UTC and 5:59 PM BST.

Start early if you want the mace because it has the longest requirement in the Diablo reward track.

Six hours is very manageable across the campaign, but much less pleasant if you remember it exists shortly before the timer ends.
