Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops are live from September 12 through September 15, giving players three free weapon cosmetics for watching eligible Diablo IV streams on Twitch. The rewards unlock at two, four and six total hours watched, ending with the Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace.

Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops can be earned from any eligible stream in the Diablo IV category during the campaign window. You do not need to stay on one channel for all six hours, but you do need a linked Twitch and Battle.net account to make sure the rewards reach the correct account.

Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops rewards

There are three Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops to earn.

Watch timeReward
2 total hoursSerrated Skean Dagger
4 total hoursCorroded Cleaver Axe
6 total hoursTintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace

The reward track is cumulative. Reaching six total hours gets you to the final cosmetic tier rather than requiring six additional hours after the first two rewards.

The Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace is therefore the longest watch-time reward in the campaign.

When do the Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops start?

Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops begin on September 12 at 10 AM PT.

That is 1 PM ET, 5 PM UTC and 6 PM BST in the UK.

The campaign ends on September 15 at 9:59 AM PT, which is 12:59 PM ET, 4:59 PM UTC and 5:59 PM BST.

You do not need to earn all six hours during BlizzCon’s stage panels themselves. Blizzard says eligible Diablo IV category streams count during the wider campaign window.

How to earn the Diablo 4 Twitch Drops

First, link your Twitch account to your Battle.net account through the Battle.net connections page.

Then watch an eligible channel streaming in the Diablo IV category while the Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops campaign is active.

Progress carries across eligible channels, so you can watch part of the requirement with one creator and switch to another without resetting the timer.

Watching two eligible channels at the same time does not double your progress.

Blizzard also warns that streams playing in the background or inactive browser tabs may not count toward the required watch time.

How to claim the drops

Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops do not automatically appear in your game account simply because the watch timer finishes.

You need to claim each completed reward through Twitch, either from the channel you are watching or through the Twitch Drops Inventory.

After claiming, the connected Battle.net account is used to deliver the cosmetic reward.

If your Battle.net account is not linked, earned Twitch rewards can expire seven days after they are claimed, so it is much safer to connect the accounts before you begin watching.

Do you need to own Diablo 4?

No. Blizzard says owning Diablo IV or the Lord of Hatred content is not required to gain progress toward and earn the Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops.

That means you can complete the Twitch campaign even if you are not currently playing Diablo IV.

Naturally, the weapon cosmetics themselves are Diablo IV rewards, so their practical use is inside that game.

Can you switch Twitch channels?

Yes. Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops progress is tied to eligible watch time rather than one specific creator.

You can watch half an hour on one eligible Diablo IV stream and continue on another without losing the accumulated progress.

This is useful during BlizzCon because different creators may be covering different panels, announcements or show-floor content.

Just make sure the channel is actually participating in Drops and is streaming in the Diablo IV category.

Can mobile Twitch earn the rewards?

Yes. Blizzard says Twitch viewing through PC or Mac browsers and the Twitch apps on Android and iOS can earn and claim the rewards.

Twitch apps on game consoles, smart TVs and other TV apps do not support the Drops campaign.

If you are watching BlizzCon on a television, it is worth keeping an eligible Twitch stream active on a supported device if the cosmetics are your priority.

Which Diablo Twitch Drop is the best?

The Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace is the headline reward because it requires the full six hours.

The Serrated Skean Dagger and Corroded Cleaver Axe are both easier to earn at two and four hours respectively, so even players who cannot complete the whole campaign can still leave with free cosmetics.

Diablo 4 BlizzCon 2026 Twitch Drops remain available until September 15 at 9:59 AM PT, giving you longer than the two-day BlizzCon show itself to complete the full six-hour reward track.
