Attendance Mementos are returning login rewards in The First Descendant, and you can collect four during the October 2026 Tactician Medical Support event. They appear on accumulated login Days 5, 12, 19 and 26. Each one can be used towards returning attendance rewards when an eligible exchange is available.
You earn Attendance Mementos by logging in on separate days, not by completing missions or killing enemies. The event also offers Nell’s Medical Support skin at Day 33, but that is a separate reward. Below is the full memento schedule, where the exchange has appeared previously, and what you need to check before spending tokens earned from this event.
How to get Attendance Mementos in October 2026
Open Game Menu, choose Event and find [Attendance] Tactician Medical Support. The event runs from the October 15 update until November 23, 2026 at 10:59 PM PST. It tracks accumulated attendance days, with a new day available after the game’s specified daily reset of 00:00 PDT. Claim the reward when you reach each listed day.
The October event awards exactly four Attendance Mementos through its published 33-day login calendar. The table also shows some nearby cosmetic milestones, so you can distinguish the tokens from the other valuable things on the track.

The Day 33 skin has its own requirements and deadline, covered in our Nell Medical Support skin guide. You don’t need to reach Day 33 to earn all four Attendance Mementos, but you’ll miss Nell’s reward if you stop at Day 26.
Where to spend Attendance Mementos
Nexon identifies Attendance Mementos as currency for exchanging selected previous attendance rewards. In earlier events, an Attendance Memento Shop was accessible through BB-On in Albion, offering returning customisation items. That’s a useful place to check when looking for an active exchange in the game.
There is one catch: the documented July anniversary Memento Shop was a limited event and ended in July. Nexon’s October announcement confirms the returning currency but doesn’t include a complete new shop inventory with current individual prices. It would be misleading to present those expired July prices as October prices. Check the current Event screen and any currently active exchange at BB-On for the items and costs actually offered before using a token.
Some rewards you remember from an older event may not be offered during the current exchange. Collecting Attendance Mementos therefore gives you currency, not an automatic unlock of every previously released cosmetic. The Halloween Event Pass is a different October system with a reward track, challenge EXP and an optional premium upgrade using Caliber.
Do Attendance Mementos reset or appear every day?
No. Attendance Mementos are only awarded on the four milestone days listed above, rather than once per day. The calendar progresses when you log in on enough separate attendance days. The rewards between those memento milestones can include Gold, Kuiper, boosters, cosmetic items and upgrade materials, but they’re not interchangeable with the memento currency.
Check the accumulated count on the event screen after the daily reset and collect any reward you’ve unlocked. Logging in twice on the same attendance day doesn’t make it count as two new days. Because the event has an end date, missing too many separate days could prevent you reaching later milestones even if you play for several hours on the final day.

Can you farm extra Attendance Mementos?
The 33-day Tactician Medical Support table includes four Attendance Mementos in total, with no repeatable farming quest listed for this event. Players could earn mementos in earlier attendance campaigns, but those had their own eligibility periods. The October announcement doesn’t say that repeatedly completing Bounty Operations, Onslaught or Trials will award additional mementos.
That makes it worth saving tokens until you know which exchange items you want. If several returning cosmetics are offered, compare their current token costs and your available balance rather than assuming you can quickly farm more later. The October event’s published four-token supply should be your starting figure for planning.
Other valuable rewards on the attendance calendar
Even when you already have enough Attendance Mementos, there are reasons to keep logging in. Day 22 offers a Trigger Module Selection Box I. Days 23 and 32 provide Raven’s Ancestors Module Selection Boxes, and Days 25 and 30 each give 100 Superconductive Cooling Units. The full daily reward list is available from the event menu.

What if an Attendance Memento doesn’t arrive?
First compare your accumulated attendance number with Days 5, 12, 19 and 26. Make sure you’ve claimed the corresponding event reward, and check the relevant inventory or exchange interface afterwards. Nexon’s event guidance says mail-based event rewards can take up to ten minutes to arrive, so inspect your mailbox when an item is described as being sent by mail.
Day 4 doesn’t qualify for a memento; the first arrives on Day 5, with the next on Day 12. Check the highlighted milestone to see what your next attendance reward will be.
The main deadlines are straightforward: collect the four published Attendance Mementos through Days 5, 12, 19 and 26, and finish the 33-day track by November 23 if you also want Nell’s skin. Before spending tokens, confirm the currently active exchange and its displayed prices; the older July shop list is not a verified October price guide.
