The First Descendant Assemble Event began on October 1 as a cooperative event built around Karel’s Mothership, personal contribution and a daily enemy-defeat goal. The gameplay period runs through October 14, while rewards already earned can be claimed until October 21.
There are three progress ideas to track rather than one bar. The whole community is working toward 300,000 Karel’s Mothership clears, each player has a 16-clear personal target, and a separate daily mission asks for 1,000 enemy defeats. Each track has its own rewards.
How The First Descendant Assemble Event works
The global mission in The First Descendant Assemble Event is to complete Karel’s Mothership on any difficulty. World completion reaches 100% at 300,000 clears across the community, while an individual player reaches 100% personal contribution after 16 qualifying Karel’s Mothership completions.

Rewards are distributed at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% milestones for both world and personal progress. Even after reaching full personal contribution, Nexon says players can continue clearing Karel’s Mothership and contributing to the shared world total.
All Assemble Event world rewards
The world side of The First Descendant Assemble Event awards 2,000,000 Kuiper Shards at 25% completion and 20,000,000 Gold at 50%. At 75%, the community milestone unlocks two Crystallization Catalysts, while reaching the full 300,000-clear target unlocks three Crystallization Catalysts.
These milestones depend on total community progress, not only your personal clear count. Once the required world percentage is reached, the reward can be claimed directly through the Event UI during the claim period. Keep checking the page as the community bar advances.
All personal contribution rewards
Your personal track in The First Descendant Assemble Event reaches 100% after 16 Karel’s Mothership clears. The 25% reward is two Crystallization Catalysts. At 50% you receive three Ultimate Alignment Devices, 75% gives five Ultimate Alignment Devices, and 100% gives seven Ultimate Alignment Devices.
Because the official target is 16 clears with rewards every 25%, the progress checkpoints correspond to four, eight, 12 and 16 qualifying clears. The in-game Event UI remains the best place to confirm that each contribution milestone has registered and is ready to claim.
Daily 1,000 enemy reward
The First Descendant Assemble Event also includes a daily mission to defeat 1,000 enemies. Completing that daily goal awards one Ancestors Module Loot III, which grants one Ancestors Module from any Descendant, plus one World Completion Point.
The daily goal resets at 00:00 PDT. It is separate from the 16 Karel’s Mothership clears required for personal contribution, so finishing your Mothership target does not remove the reason to keep checking the daily enemy counter while the event is active.
Which Karel’s Mothership difficulty counts?
Nexon explicitly says Karel’s Mothership completions on any difficulty count toward The First Descendant Assemble Event. You do not need to force a higher difficulty solely to make a clear register for the world or personal mission.
Choose a difficulty appropriate for your build and group if your goal is efficient event contribution. The event is designed to aggregate clears from the whole playerbase, and the official requirement does not restrict contribution to Conquest or another high-end setting.
Attribute bonus schedule
The First Descendant Assemble Event uses daily attribute bonuses for extra contribution when clearing missions with matching Descendants. The schedule is Electric Thursday, Non-Attribute Friday, Chill Saturday, Non-Attribute Sunday, Fire Monday, Chill Tuesday and Toxic Wednesday. The event schedule follows PDT.
If your roster supports several well-built Descendants, matching the day’s attribute can make your activity more efficient. It is an additional contribution mechanic rather than a requirement to enter, so players with a smaller roster can still complete the core Karel’s Mothership and daily goals.
When does The First Descendant Assemble Event end?
The First Descendant Assemble Event runs until October 14, 2026 at 23:59 PDT. The separate reward claim period lasts until October 21 at 23:59 PDT. Do not confuse that later claim deadline with extra time to earn contribution because gameplay progress still closes with the event period.
Nexon also warns that final-day maintenance can end an event when maintenance begins. Finishing personal progress before the last maintenance window is safer than leaving all 16 clears until the deadline, especially if you also want to complete the daily 1,000-enemy objective.
What to prioritise during the event
A practical The First Descendant Assemble Event routine is to work toward the 1,000-enemy daily reward while steadily accumulating the 16 Karel’s Mothership clears. Check world progress whenever you open the Event UI so unlocked community rewards are not forgotten.
The event overlaps with the Ancestors Module Fragment Exchange and the free daily Ancestors Module readjustment. That gives the Ancestors Module Loot III from the daily goal an immediate place in the wider October module cycle, even after your personal Mothership contribution is complete.

The First Descendant Assemble Event: missing progress and reward displays
After Update 1.4.5, the Assemble Event page may show already-claimed World Completion rewards as unclaimed. Your Personal Contribution progress may also look as though it has reset. Nexon has confirmed these are display errors, not a new opportunity to collect the same rewards.
Previously claimed rewards cannot be collected again, even if the event screen says otherwise. The claim window for rewards you actually earned remains open until October 21, 2026. See Nexon’s October 15 known issues notice for the event display issue.
