Modern Warfare 4 Stranded is mission ten in the campaign, with 26 Yellow Supply Caches across a large open area. Open every cache to get the Time to Crate achievement, and read 50 different notes for Noteworthy. Scavenger is a separate challenge involving repairs in the underground Base Camp.
At the beginning, choose Kal’s option to find your own path and search for gear. This gives you time to explore the radio tower, checkpoints, islands, train line and SAM Site. Two caches move around the map, one on a passing train and another on a patrolling supply truck.
Modern Warfare 4 Stranded: All 26 Yellow Supply Caches
This route covers each of the 26 caches, starting near Base Camp and working out across the map. The numbers describe collection order for this route, not fixed map labels, so your own counter may increase differently. Make sure you open each yellow cache after accessing its location.

All eight keypad codes in Stranded
Eight containers and bunkers use number puzzles. You can read the local clipboard and work out the answer, or use these codes. Enter leading zeros rather than shortening a four-digit code.
| Location | Code |
|---|---|
| Base Camp | 0024 |
| West island bunker | 0008 |
| Southeast Village | 0078 |
| South of Jamming Station | 8609 |
| Cliff by Base Camp | 0600 |
| Big highway sign | 1234 |
| Farm Field bunker | 0330 |
| Small river island | 6789 |
The Modern Warfare 4 Stranded keypad containers can also contain notes. Opening the door isn’t enough for the cache achievement; collect the supplies inside before you leave.
How to get the moving train and truck crates
Wait beside the southeast railway for the train to pass, board a boxcar and search it for a Yellow Supply Cache. Another travels on a supply truck near northern Checkpoint #3. Stop the patrolling vehicle to collect its cache.
These two Modern Warfare 4 Stranded caches move, which makes them different from the stationary checkpoint and container rewards. If you have 24 of 26, checking both moving targets is a useful first step.

Modern Warfare 4 Stranded: Time to Crate and Noteworthy
Time to Crate unlocks for opening all 26 Yellow Supply Caches. Noteworthy asks you to read 50 different notes, and Stranded has 58 of them, including those located near bunkers, on tables, in checkpoints and around the Jamming Station.
In Modern Warfare 4 Stranded, the notebook counter appears in the backpack interface. You can achieve the 50-note target without locating every single piece of writing. Some repair interactions at Base Camp also contribute to the note count in the current mission guide.
Modern Warfare 4 Stranded: Base Camp repairs and Scavenger
Scavenger is separate from Time to Crate. For this achievement, repair the equipment at Base Camp using Supplies gathered throughout the map. Check all the workbench prompts in the underground safehouse, including weapon repairs and tactical gear such as gloves, boots and the Snow Ghillie Suit.
Players report that individual repair prompts can be easy to overlook. Even if every cache has been opened, Modern Warfare 4 Stranded Scavenger progress depends on completing the available repairs, not the number of crates looted. Return to the safehouse before ending the mission and inspect every workbench.
Can you revisit a cache?
The open exploration choice lets you revisit many of the locations during the mission. You can fast travel back to Base Camp and head out again before completing the main objectives. If a moving truck or train cache doesn’t appear, mission replay may be needed to reset its spawn.
