Modern Warfare 4 Following Orders is the third campaign mission, and you’ll need to find four contraband items and read four notes to unlock No Stone Unturned. The red toolbox code is 214, and you can also earn No Harm Done during the civilian interrogation without hurting anyone.
All four contraband items are inside the first house, while the final two notes are found in the third. Make sure you finish searching the first house before starting the dialogue, because the items you confiscate unlock the peaceful questioning options needed for the second achievement.

Enter the first house and take the first doorway on the right. Open the cupboard to find a locked red toolbox. Enter 214, read Note From Your Friend and confiscate the heart medicine in the same box. Both items have to register separately.
The code comes from the Baekseolgi-Tteok Recipe in the kitchen, which lists 2 kilograms of rice flour, 1 litre of water and 4 packets of golden raisins. Follow the clue to use flour, water and raisins, skipping salt: 2-1-4. You can shoot the lock to open it too, though entering the combination is quieter.

All four contraband items are in the first house. After opening the toolbox, turn to the left side of the hall for the MP3 player and Western novel, then search the kitchen for rations. If the on-screen counter is short, check that you pressed the confiscate prompt rather than merely opening a cupboard.

Modern Warfare 4 Following Orders: All four notes
The two notes in the first house are Note From Your Friend in the toolbox and the Baekseolgi-Tteok Recipe in the kitchen. The second house has no extra note for this collectible set. The remaining two are in the third house, and the last requires you to open a hidden floor compartment.

For the third-house hatch, find the key in the cabinet by the window, then return to the kitchen. Unlock the hatch and get the hidden civilian out so you can enter the space beneath it and read the final note. The Modern Warfare 4 Following Orders evidence counter should now show four of each.
Modern Warfare 4 Following Orders: No Harm Done achievement
After finding all four contraband items, speak to the wife in the kitchen and choose “Please join your husband”. On the next prompt, select “I will not ask again.” She will join him in the living room without being harmed. Don’t grab, strike, shoot or physically threaten either civilian.
Speak to the husband and choose “Ask about South Korean medicine”. The medicine from the toolbox unlocks that option. You may also ask about the rations, MP3 player and novel. Once the next dialogue choices appear, choose “Give up the defector. Now.” He reveals the hiding place and No Harm Done unlocks.
For Modern Warfare 4 Following Orders, the peaceful route depends on collecting evidence before interrogating the couple. If you’ve already used force, reload an earlier checkpoint or replay the mission to attempt the achievement without harming the civilians.
Modern Warfare 4 Following Orders: No Stone Unturned achievement
No Stone Unturned is awarded when you have confiscated all four contraband items and read all four notes. Six of those eight pickups are in the first house; two more notes appear in the third. The final step most easily missed is Note From Mom below the kitchen floor hatch.
You can earn both achievements during one Modern Warfare 4 Following Orders playthrough. Search the first house completely, question the couple peacefully and finish collecting the two third-house notes. The ordinary mission completion reward is a Double XP Token, separate from the achievements.
Missing notes or contraband?
Reopen the first-house toolbox if you’re missing a note or the heart medicine, then double-check the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen cabinets. In the third house, reading the neighbour’s note doesn’t automatically give you the key to the kitchen hatch. Locate the key near the window and physically interact with the hatch.
