Modern Warfare 4 DMZ Operation Cash increased in the October 29, 2026 update. Infinity Ward raised the payouts for Dynamic Ops, Side Ops and Story Mission replays. Those are the three DMZ activity types benefiting from the change, making them worth checking when building funds for equipment and future deployments.

There are three routes to the higher payouts: complete Dynamic Ops, finish Side Ops or replay a Story Mission. Check your available objectives in the DMZ mission menu, choose one you can finish in the current deployment, and bring the earnings back towards your next loadout.

Dynamic Ops now pay more cash when you complete their objectives. They change during deployment, so check which operations are active and where they take you. Aim for one that fits your squad’s route and the supplies you’re carrying.

Side Ops offer an additional cash source away from the main Story Mission chain. If you’re already travelling near one, its increased payout makes it a useful objective to complete before extraction.

Story Mission replays also earn more cash. If you’ve already finished a mission, repeating a familiar objective is another way to build funds without pushing into an unfamiliar high-threat area.

Where to see your mission payout

For Modern Warfare 4 DMZ Operation Cash, open the current mission interface and check the cash reward associated with the Dynamic Op, Side Op or replay before you begin. Complete the objective and review the payout in the After Action Report. That report shows DMZ Cash earned during the deployment and the amount placed in your Bank.

Compare the cash reward shown for your selected objective with the payout on the After Action Report. The October 29 patch increases these three categories, so the current game screen is the useful reference when deciding which one to repeat.

Modern Warfare 4 DMZ Operation Cash: Best ways to use extra cash

Cash can help buy weapons, equipment and supplies through the DMZ Vendor or other FOB systems. Check the items in your Stash and Wallet before spending, particularly if you’re preparing for a harder Commander encounter or X01.

When money is tight, completing a nearby Side Op during an ordinary deployment or replaying a familiar Story Mission can add funds without taking on the highest-threat area immediately. The Weapon Vendor guide explains what the current vendor offers.

Dynamic Ops versus Story Mission replays

For Modern Warfare 4 DMZ Operation Cash, Dynamic Ops change between deployments; Story Missions follow a longer progression track. After the patch, replaying a familiar Story Mission can be just as useful for your cash balance as seeking another Dynamic Op. Choose according to the task and risk involved.

Side Ops are optional jobs you can add to a deployment. When deciding between an available Side Op and a mission replay, check the route, your ammunition and whether you have an extraction planned. Taking a longer objective isn’t automatically the best use of a good payout.

Modern Warfare 4 DMZ Operation Cash: October 29 patch fixes

The same patch fixes an enemy helicopter colliding with a player’s Exfil helicopter, mission interaction prompts failing at Lieutenant Towers and a hostage that couldn’t be collected after assimilation. Those repairs make the affected activities more reliable, but they’re not additional cash categories.

Infinity Ward also fixed Free Loadout selection with a full Stash and inconsistent voice-log spawns in the Ears Everywhere Order. Our October 29 patch guide gives the whole change list.
