Genshin Impact: Dori splash art, in-game animations, and talents leaked

Late last week, leaks about upcoming Genshin Impact characters from Sumeru surfaced online. These include rumored characters such as Tighnari, Dori, and Collei.
While these leaks didn’t show us what these characters look like, they have definitely caused more excitement for the highly anticipated arrival of the new nation in August.
For instance, we have only heard from reliable leaker @Ubatcha1 that Dori is an Electro character that does healing and off-field damage. But that’s all the information we had at that time.
Recently, data miners shared more details about her talents and finally showed us a Dori splash art. Moreover, they also shared screenshots of some of her in-game animations!

Leaked Dori splash art and in-game animations
Based on the Dori splash art shared by @genshinmains, Dori is a small girl who wears bright purple clothing and brings with her a purple magic lamp. Moreover, this magic lamp has some sort of cute genie coming out of it!
Yup, we know, that sounds like the small female version of Alladin right there. But that makes sense, as the Middle Eastern-inspired design fits the motif of the upcoming Sumeru region.
As for her in-game animations, Dori is seen jumping and lounging on the cute genie. It’s also important to note that the genie is the one wielding the claymore!

While we already know that Dori is a 4-star Electro character that is a healer, @genshinmains shared more information about her kit.

As for her Elemental Skill (E), the data miner said that Dori:
“Summons a turret that shoots deal Electro damage. When these shots hit an enemy, the turret generates two after-sales service bullets that track down nearby enemies and deal with additional Electro damage.”
As for her Elemental Burst (Q), Dori:
“Summons a Spirit of the Lamp that connects to the active character, regenerating HP and elemental energy.
The connection between the spirit and the active character deals Electro damage to the enemy when touched.”
The data miner also shared about her Utility Passive which allows you to have a “25% chance of refunding Character and Weapon Ascension Materials when crafted.”
Based on her kit, Dori sounds like a good support character. Not only is she a healer, but she’s also a battery—a combo we haven’t seen from Electro characters before.
