Genshin Impact Dori leaks: Rarity, weapon, elemental skill and burst
Since its Version 2.7 delay, HoYoverse is back on schedule for more Genshin Impact content. We’ve seen the game developer release Yelan during the current version’s 1st phase together with Xiao’s banner rerun. And right on schedule, Itto is back in his banner rerun called Oni’s Royale.
After 2.7 comes 2.8, and at the moment, there are no rumors about Version 2.9. However, it is likely that HoYoverse will skip it. It can be recalled that Genshin Impact jumped from Version 1.6 to 2.0 when Inazuma came out. Therefore, without Version 2.9 in mind and as each version lasts for approximately six weeks, it’s safe to say that the hit action role-playing game’s Version 3.0 should arrive sometime in late August.
While it hasn’t been confirmed yet, a change of the foremost digit of a version usually means major updates are taking place. As early as now, we can surmise that these updates will include new plotlines, events, and areas. In fact, the new nation Sumeru has already been leaked for quite some time.
As Sumeru is the nation associated with the Dendro element, it is also expected that HoYoverse will finally make the said element playable, which means that new Elemental Reactions can be triggered, and new characters are on their way!
Dori is one of the characters who could be available in Genshin Impact by then. But who is she? What weapon does she use? And what can she do?
What we know about Dori in Genshin Impact so far
Leaks say that Dori is a 4-star Electro character who wields the claymore. Moreover, reliable leaker @Ubatcha1 tweeted that:
“Dori has healing in (at least) part of her kit where she also deals off field dmg, described as like Shinobu’s E (Skill) without the drawback of losing HP”
While arrival of new healers like Kuki Shinobu is exciting, no further details were provided about Dori. No leaks mention specifically what her Elemental Skill or Burst can do either.
With this, @Ubatcha1 reminded fans that these leaks are not the character’s full kits nor are they 100% accurate. Therefore, we should always take these with a grain of salt.
