Genshin Impact: Ayaka’s Ascension Materials and their locations

With her 2.6 banner rerun lasting for over a month, Kamisato Ayaka made a mark for having the longest running banner in Genshin Impact history. This unusual extension and the delay of Version 2.7 was brought about by the COVID-19 situation in China last year.
Now that Kamisato Ayaka was announced to have another banner rerun in the second phase of Genshin Impact 3.5, it’s time for those who missed getting the Shirasagi Himegimi last time to try their luck again.
To make sure that everything is ready for Ayaka’s return, we have listed all her ascension materials and their locations in this article. We have also listed her Talent Level-Up Materials. SHIVADA JADE GEMS
This group of gems is used for ascending Cryo characters. You can obtain them primarily by fighting Normal Bosses and Weekly Bosses.

The Normal Boss Perpetual Mechanical Array drop PERPETUAL HEART and SHIVADA JADE GEMS. You can hit two birds with one stone (get gems and Perpetual Heart) by fighting this boss.

If you’re new to the game, you can craft higher rarity gems or convert one gem into another via Alchemy. You can do this by interacting with the crafting benches in the different cities in Teyvat.
SAKURA BLOOM
This material is a Local Specialty in Inazuma and can, therefore, only be found in said region. Note that Sakura Blooms cannot be harvested unless you hit them with Electro attacks. Check out the locations of Sakura Bloom in the map below or head over to our Sakura Bloom Location Guide here.
HANDGUARD
This group of common ascension materials includes Old Handguard, Kageuchi Handguard, and Famed Handguard. These are dropped by enemies Nobushi and Kairigi in Inazuma. Should you need more of these items, you can check the enemy’s location by going to the Paimon Menu > Adventurer Handbook > Enemies > Nobushi > Navigate.
If you’re new to the game, you can craft higher rarity handguards. You can do this by interacting with the crafting benches in the different cities in Teyvat.

Ayaka’s Talent Level-Up Materials
Ayaka‘s talent “books” or Talent Ascension Materials are the Elegance Books. This set can be obtained by challenging the Violet Court domain on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. This is located near Naurakami Island in Inazuma.
You can also craft higher rarity Elegance books via Alchemy.
Beyond Level 6 of Ayaka’s Talents, she will need the Talent Level-up Material called Bloodjade Branch, which can be obtained from “Beneath the Dragon-Queller,” a domain where you can fight Azhdaha.
