Genshin Impact: Where to find Sakura Bloom

Sakura Bloom is a Local Specialty in Inazuma. It is a cluster of petals that have fallen from the Sacred Sakura in the Grand Narukami Shrine and are floating in mid-air due to Electro energies.

If you’re wondering where to find a few of this Local Specialty in Genshin Impact, you’ve come to the right place! We will discuss where you can find some in this article, including its uses.
Sakura Bloom locations in Genshin Impact
As mentioned, Sakura Bloom is a Local Specialty in Inazuma, meaning it can only be harvested in the region. More specifically, these petals originate from the Grand Narukami Shrine and are therefore scattered all over Narukami Island, where the shrine is located.
There are currently no shops that sell this Local Specialy, so you might want to check the maps in this article to obtain some in the wild. Note, however, that you cannot simply pick them up. You will first need to hit them with Electro in order to harvest them. You can either attack them with Electro or pass through the Sakura Bloom cluster while being affected by Electro.

Unsurprisingly, many of these petals can be found near Grand Narukami Shrine, as shown below.
Although not as much, you can also find the Local Specialty in the southern part of Narukami Island.
Lasly, there is one Sakura Bloom on an island east of Narukami Island. However, you might not exactly find it worth your time. Still, if you’re one Sakura Bloom short, this one will most likely be your last resort.

Sakura Bloom Uses
This Local Specialty can be used to ascend the Kamisato siblings Ayato and Ayaka. Ayaka was recently announced during the 3.5 Livestream or Special Program to have her rerun in Genshin Impact Version 3.5, so you might want to check out the complete list of Kamisato Ayaka’s ascension materials and their locations here.
Apart from ascension, this Local Specialty can also be used in Inazuman cuisine.

Currently, no weapons require this Local Specialty for ascension.
