Genshin Impact leak reveals 3.2 Special Program date

Genshin Impact 3.2 will be live in two weeks. However, a few days before its release, it is expected for the game’s developers to talk about the upcoming version in the 3.2 Special Program or livestream.
The game currently runs on a jampacked schedule as it was previously announced that each version from 3.0 to 3.2 will only be five weeks long instead of the usual six. This was done for the game to get back on track since the delay of version 2.7 caused major changes in its schedule.
While there is still no official information about the 3.2 Special Program’s date, a leak posted on the Genshin Impact Leaks Subreddit reveals when it will be. This post was also tagged as “reliable,” giving fans a date to look forward to.
When is the Genshin Impact 3.2 Special Program or livestream?
According to the leak posted on the Genshin Impact Leaks Subreddit, the 3.2 Special Program or livestream will be on Sunday, October 23. The post also mentioned that the source of this leak is NGA, the popular online forum in China.
During the 3.2 Special Program or livestream, the game developers will surely provide more details of the previously announced upcoming characters Nahida and Layla.
As the current Dendro Archon, Nahida is expected to be an excellent and flexible playable character similar to the previously released Archons (or Archon vessels) Venti, Zhongli, and the Raiden Shogun. The upcoming character’s abilities were previously leaked. Her Elemental Skill is seen to have similar mechanics with the Fayz Trials Event in Version 3.0 while her Elemental Burst enshrines a huge area with the Shrine of Maya.

On the other hand, Layla is a character who hasn’t made an in-game appearance yet but was officially described by Genshin Impact‘s official socials as a Rtawahist student who “specializes in Theoretical Astrology and draws star charts tirelessly to write her thesis.”
According to leaks, Layla will be 4-star Cryo sword character whose Elemental Skill can provide a shield that scales with her HP. As for her Elemental Burst, she summons a sphere that deals Cryo damage to enemies within its AoE. This was previously compared to Lisa‘s Burst.

Another thing that fans might expect to see is more official details about Scaramouche, as he was leaked to soon become a boss character and later released as a playable character in Version 3.3.
Genshin Impact is an action role-playing game developed by miHoyo, also known as HoYoverse. The game is available for PC, PS4, PS5, iOS, and Android, while a release on Nintendo Switch is currently in the works.
