Free Fire Reveal Mask is the item that lets you enter the Hidden Side during The Unseen event. Pick one up in Battle Royale or obtain one through the 4v4 event setup, then activate it to enter masked form and see the darker version of the map that normal players cannot access.

How to get a Free Fire Reveal Mask
In regular matches, you can pick up the Free Fire Reveal Mask and use it to enter the Hidden Side. Garena confirms the mask as the trigger for the alternate version of the map.
The mask also appears in 4v4 play. Garena confirms that the Hidden Side is available there too, but its announcement does not spell out a separate purchase or pickup method for the 4v4 version.

The Free Fire Reveal Mask changes how you move through the map, not just how it looks. The extra speed and jump height help with rotations, while the hidden objects can make otherwise ordinary areas worth checking.
What kicks you out of the Hidden Side?
Attacking another player or taking damage ends the Free Fire Reveal Mask state and pulls you back into the normal map. You cannot use the Hidden Side as a permanent combat layer once a firefight begins.
Because either side of combat can end the effect, use the mask before the engagement rather than waiting until bullets are already landing. Loot the hidden object, reposition or scout, then be ready for the map to return to normal as soon as you shoot or get hit.
Best time to use the Reveal Mask
Use the Free Fire Reveal Mask before a fight rather than halfway through one. The extra speed, higher jump and hidden objects are useful while repositioning or looting, but a single hit or attack sends you back to the normal map.
The Hidden Side can reveal things the normal map doesn’t show, so check event-marked areas even if your ordinary loot is already decent. Just avoid lingering beside an active squad: a single hit ends the masked state.
Can Dolls use the Hidden Side?
Yes. Eliminated Duo and Squad players who return in Doll form can also enter the Hidden Side. That gives the Free Fire Reveal Mask mechanic another role after elimination, because Doll players can continue scouting and helping teammates even though they are no longer normal combatants.
Dolls can follow teammates, grant buffs and use special emotes. If you are eliminated early, use that support role to help the surviving squad rather than treating the match as finished.
Does the Reveal Mask work in every match?
The Free Fire Reveal Mask is an event mechanic tied to The Unseen rather than a permanent standard item. Garena’s event runs from October 16 through November 1, so the Hidden Side should be treated as limited-time gameplay unless Garena later keeps or reintroduces it.
If the mask is missing from a particular playlist, confirm that you are playing an eligible event mode and that your client is updated. The first-party announcement specifically names normal match play and 4v4 support for the mechanic.
