Free Fire Hawk is live from October 1 as the most unusual weapon in the OB55 set: a sniper rifle that carries only two rounds but can fire them quickly for extremely high burst damage. Garena says landing both shots in rapid succession can instantly take down enemies wearing low-tier armor, making the Hawk more about a fast two-shot window than a slow traditional sniper rhythm.
You can find Free Fire Hawk as Battle Royale ground loot and on Weapon Racks, while the early-October Vending Machine pool sells it for 400 FF Coins with a five-per-match purchase limit. In Clash Squad the Hawk costs 1,700 CS Cash, making it the most expensive of the four new October weapons.
Free Fire Hawk: How to Get It

In Battle Royale, Free Fire Hawk appears in ground loot and on Weapon Racks. Garena also lists the Hawk for early-October Vending Machines at 400 FF Coins, with up to five purchases per match. That gives you a more deliberate route when you want the weapon instead of waiting for a random sniper drop.
- Battle Royale ground loot.
- Weapon Racks in Battle Royale.
- Early-October Vending Machines for 400 FF Coins, with a five-per-match purchase limit.
- Clash Squad Store for 1,700 CS Cash.
Clash Squad is the easiest place to learn Free Fire Hawk because the weapon has a fixed price and you can repeatedly practise the two-shot timing. The 1,700 CS Cash cost is higher than M7, Skorp and RPK, so buy it when your round economy can support a precision weapon rather than forcing it into every purchase.

Garena has not published a complete public numeric damage and range table for Free Fire Hawk, but the two-round capacity and burst behaviour are explicit. The official description says two quick hits can instantly eliminate an enemy in low-tier armor. That is the important performance fact to build around rather than an unverified damage number.
Best Uses for Free Fire Hawk
Free Fire Hawk is best when you can expose yourself briefly, place two accurate shots and return to cover. The fast follow-up shot is what separates it from a conventional single-shot sniper. If the first hit weakens an opponent, the second can arrive before they have much time to reposition or recover.
The downside is obvious: two rounds leave almost no room for waste. Missing the opening shot turns the second bullet into a much higher-pressure decision, and emptying both at the wrong target forces a reload. Use Free Fire Hawk on enemies you can clearly track instead of firing both rounds at movement you cannot read.
How the Free Fire Hawk Reticle Rise Works
When you fire the Hawk rapidly, the reticle rises and creates a recoil-like effect. That means the second shot is not simply a free repeat of the first sight picture. If you are trying to double-tap the same opponent, compensate for the upward movement or pause just long enough to regain the placement you need.
The mechanic rewards precision more than raw speed. Two fast body hits are useful only if both connect. Practise the cadence in Clash Squad or on predictable targets until the reticle movement becomes familiar, then increase the speed of the second shot instead of starting with maximum fire rate.
Free Fire Hawk Compared with M7, Skorp and RPK
the Hawk is the specialist weapon of the October group. The Free Fire M7 is a 30-round assault rifle for mid-to-long-range sustained fights, the Free Fire Skorp is a fast SMG with armor penetration, and the Free Fire RPK brings a 75-round magazine for prolonged pressure.
The Hawk instead asks whether you can make two shots count. It is the strongest choice when you want burst damage from range and trust your accuracy, but the least forgiving if you expect to spray through multiple targets without reloading.
Why Free Fire Hawk Was Not Available in September
the Hawk appeared in the Free Fire OB55 patch notes before it appeared in live matches because Garena scheduled the four new weapons for the October 1 Clash Squad season. The weapon is now active, so older warnings about waiting for the Hawk should be treated as historical rollout information.
The Naruto event remains live around the weapon update. If you are switching between both sides of OB55, The Click also covers Nine Tails control, Palm Rotation, Ninja Academy and the Hinata or Jiraiya choice.
