FischFright 3 Rods are the six limited-time fishing rods introduced for Halloween 2026 in Roblox Fisch. Boglin Branch and Eldritch come from Goblin challenges and Beatrix’s Cauldron, Webweaver and Doomsekkar need longer quests, and Dutchman’s Rod and Omniscient Spinecaster are locked behind advanced Cemetery rituals. Several unlocks share ingredients, so the order you tackle them makes a difference.
You’ll find all six FischFright 3 Rods below, including exactly where to start their quests, the fishing and ritual requirements, the prices paid in Treats, and their reported stats. Sail from Moosewood’s eastern docks on the green Flying Dutchman to reach Caustic Hallow, where the Halloween quest givers are based.
All six FischFright 3 Rods and how to unlock them
| Rod | Requirements | Treat cost |
|---|---|---|
| Boglin Branch | Youngster Goblin: three Normal+ Goblin quests, ten Witch’s Ingredients, Skull, Twig/Fang and Wraps | None; quest reward |
| Eldritch Rod | Beatrix’s Cauldron: ten Hex Energy, reaching Level 11 reward | Ingredients only |
| Webweaver Rod | Winston: 16 different village houses, 15 Cobweb Cod, 10 Webbed fish in cavern | 1,000 Treats after quest |
| Doomsekkar Rod | 100 Frightful Pool catches, 50 consecutive Perfect Catches, ghost-catching minigame | None; quest reward |
| Dutchman’s Rod | Complete Dutchman’s Blessing ritual with mutated fish, skulls and Dutchman’s Grasp | 25,000 Treats for Grasp + ritual fee |
| Omniscient Spinecaster | Omniscient ritual with special Jagged Bones, Nessies, Souls and Bone | 10,000 Treats for Souls + ritual fee |
It pays to work on the first four FischFright 3 Rods together. Accept both Goblin-related quests, start trick-or-treating with your Candy Bucket, and work on Doomsekkar whenever a temporary pool appears. Keep rare mutated catches in your inventory, because the final rituals will need them.

Boglin Branch: all five Youngster Goblin tasks
Talk to the Youngster Goblin beside Beatrix’s Cauldron. Complete three Goblin challenges rated Normal or harder, bring ten Witch’s Ingredients, and obtain a Boglin Skull, Twig (also called a Fang) and Wraps. Goblins spawn across the main sea following a server announcement. Tasks can involve fishing, jumping, chatting or emotes, and any difficulty can drop parts, although higher difficulties offer better chances. Easy challenges will not count towards the three Normal+ completions.
Hand over the ingredients before using Beatrix’s Offer All Ingredients option, which can consume them. You receive Boglin Branch, Treats and XP after the five counters are complete. Its reported stats are 80% Lure Speed, 180% Luck, 0.05 Control, 20% Resilience and 550,000kg maximum weight. The rod can apply Boglin mutation to catches. This is one of the FischFright 3 Rods that helps prepare materials for the harder rituals. See our Boglin Branch walkthrough.
Eldritch Rod: Beatrix’s Cauldron reward
Beatrix is near the Youngster Goblin in Caustic Hallow. Collect Witch’s Ingredients from Goblin challenges and give them to her cauldron for Hex Energy. After ten energy is contributed, the first Hex stage finishes and the Level 11 Eldritch Rod reward is reached. This accounts for guides giving both ‘ten energy’ and ‘Level 11’ as the threshold. The rod is a cauldron reward, not a shop purchase, and appears in your Fishing Rods inventory.
Among the earlier FischFright 3 Rods, Eldritch offers 90% Lure Speed, 230% Luck, 0.05 Control, 15% Resilience and unlimited maximum weight. Keep participating in Goblin events even after unlocking it, because Beatrix’s later rewards include Omniscient Bone for the endgame ritual. Save Dark Art Skulls for the Cemetery rather than placing every rare ingredient in the pot.
Webweaver Rod: sixteen houses and cavern catches
Find Webby Winston in the Webridden Cavern. Equip the Candy Bucket and knock at sixteen different numbered village houses. Then catch fifteen Cobweb Cod and ten Webbed-mutated fish inside the cavern. Complete all three tasks and speak to Winston again. He awards 1,000 Treats and opens the hidden rod area, where you buy Webweaver for 1,000 Treats. The quest pays for the rod as long as you keep the currency.
Webweaver’s reported stats include 125% Lure Speed and 250% Luck, and its spider passive can apply the Webbed mutation. Of the FischFright 3 Rods, it’s one of the quickest to use for everyday fishing. If you’re missing the unique-door requirement, follow our Webweaver Rod guide for the house and cave objectives. Houses also provide Treats for later purchases.
Doomsekkar Rod: Frightful Pools and ghost quest
Doomsekkar stands beyond the witch’s house across the acid river. His three tasks are to catch one hundred fish in active Frightful Pools, land fifty consecutive Perfect Catches there, and capture the ghost in a haunted-house minigame. You must cast inside the marked coloured pool. An imperfect catch resets the perfect-catch streak, and pools reduce your Control, so use a rod you can handle reliably.
Return to Doomsekkar for the rod and 3,000 Treats. Its reported stats are 100% Lure Speed, 275% Luck, 0.1 Control and -666% Resilience. The pumpkin-bomb passive can add fishing progress and apply the Doomsekkar mutation. Keep a Doomsekkar-mutated Jagged Bone for the Omniscient ritual; selling it now means fishing for another later. See the Doomsekkar quest walkthrough for streak and ghost details.
Dutchman’s Rod: the Dutchman’s Blessing ritual
Of the six FischFright 3 Rods, this is the first unlock that forces you through a longer series of Cemetery rituals, so collect the earlier offerings and awaken the required Skeletal Hands before buying the expensive Grasp.
Frankenstein operates the Cemetery ritual circle. Dutchman’s Blessing uses exact mutations: Doomed Jagged Bone, Vile Poltergeist Perch, Grim Skeleton Sturgeon, Boglin Mummy Mackerel and Eldritch Corpse Cod. The recipe also needs Dutchman’s Grasp, a Coffin and Grim, Vile and Doomed Skulls in awakened Skeleton Hands. A plain fish won’t replace the specifically mutated version.
Buy Dutchman’s Grasp from the Flying Dutchman merchant for 25,000 Treats. Starting a ritual costs another 100 Treats. Check all eleven ritual recipes for the complete offering sequence and avoid beginning until you have every material. Dutchman’s Rod can give catches the Dutchman’s Curse mutation, which is needed for Omniscient Spinecaster. Finish Dutchman’s Rod before attempting Omniscient so you can produce the Dutchman’s Curse offering.

Omniscient Spinecaster: every key ritual offering
For the last of the FischFright 3 Rods, preparation is everything: you need several mutations that only become accessible after completing the earlier rod quests and rituals.
The Omniscient ritual needs four differently mutated Jagged Bones (Grim, Vile, Doomed and Eldritch), Zombie Nessie, Plush Nessie and a Dark Art Skull. Its five Skeleton Hands take a non-Shiny/non-Sparkling Boglin Jagged Bone, Doomsekkar Jagged Bone, Dutchman’s Curse Jagged Bone, Omniscient Souls and Omniscient Bone. Because three of those mutations come from other event rods, finishing Omniscient first isn’t a realistic plan.
Buy Omniscient Souls for 10,000 Treats. The Bone is a later Beatrix’s Cauldron reward. The Skeleton Hands must also be awakened with Ritual Roses and a Dark Art Skull, so finish the supporting NPC questlines first. The Ritual Roses guide covers where to collect them. Omniscient Spinecaster is the endgame reward among the FischFright 3 Rods, offering reported 120% Lure Speed, 300% Luck, 30% Resilience and 50% Progress Speed.
If you’re new to the FischFright 3 Rods grind, start with Goblin challenges: you’ll be collecting ingredients towards two rewards at once. It is more efficient to farm extra ingredients during a spawn than to leave and restart the search later.
Check the Quest Book before starting the advanced Cemetery rituals. Every named mutation has to match the requested offering, and a missing Skeleton Hand unlock can prevent completion even if the Lantern items are correct.
You can also save time on FischFright 3 Rods by preparing the expensive shop purchases early. Dutchman’s Grasp and Omniscient Souls together cost 35,000 Treats, so consider them when deciding how much to spend on Halloween cosmetics.
Best order to unlock the FischFright 3 Rods
If you’re collecting the FischFright 3 Rods as a set, reserve ten Goblin ingredients for the Youngster Goblin before contributing extras at Beatrix’s Cauldron. Keep unusual mutated fish for Frankenstein instead of selling them.
Start with Youngster Goblin and Beatrix, reserving the younger Goblin’s ten ingredients before feeding extras to the cauldron. Next, accept Winston’s quest and knock at the sixteen houses while collecting Treats. Fish in Frightful Pools whenever they appear to make progress on Doomsekkar’s one hundred catches and fifty Perfect Catches. Keep unusual mutated fish rather than selling them immediately for the event currency.
Once these four FischFright 3 Rods are done, collect the four Ritual Roses, awaken the Cemetery hands and save Treats for Dutchman’s Grasp and Omniscient Souls. Complete Dutchman’s Blessing before Omniscient so that you can catch Dutchman’s Curse Jagged Bone. For event access and dates, visit our FischFright 3 event guide.
Each of the six FischFright 3 Rods has a different strength. Boglin Branch is accessible early, Webweaver is a quick everyday rod, Doomsekkar rewards a challenging quest with a powerful passive, and Omniscient Spinecaster offers the highest reported Luck of the set. If a stat has changed with a patch, check the current Rod Journal entry in-game.
