Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper: PSX Classic Leaderboard Reward Guide

Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper PSX Classic leaderboard rewards

Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper is awarded for finishing between #1,021 and #10,000 on the PSX Classic Leaderboard in Update 99. You climb the board by hatching rare pets inside PSX Classic, and the reward arrives in the main Pet Simulator 99 game once the competition closes. The Huge Reaper is a leaderboard prize, not a pet hidden inside an egg.

Thousands of players can earn one, but the cut-off isn’t fixed while everyone is still hatching. If you want the Reaper, your job is to build a strong enough score and hold your final position. Here’s how the competition works and which activities will actually help.

How to get the Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper

Look for the PSX portal behind the eggs in the main game, walk inside and select Play. You can also select Join Event on the sidebar. Everyone starts afresh in PSX Classic’s Town area, even if they’ve built an enormous team in the regular game.

Collect coins, hatch pets and unlock the Spawn areas before moving through the Fantasy portals towards Heaven’s Gate. Your individual leaderboard score increases when you hatch pets, with rarer hatches worth substantially more. To qualify for the Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper, your final rank needs to fall between #1,021 and #10,000. Just entering the event, reaching Heaven’s Gate or beating a boss doesn’t award the pet.

The event has other Huge pets you can obtain while playing: Huge Dalmatian has a chance to hatch from any PSX Classic egg, Huge Tiger comes from the Empyrean Egg, and Huge Agony is tied to the Grand Heaven Chest. Those are separate from the Reaper’s placement reward.

PSX Classic Leaderboard: every reward and rank

The Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper covers places #1,021–10,000, while players above that threshold receive Titanic Glitched Phoenix variants or Gargantuan Angelus prizes. Here is the complete ranking published by BIG Games:

Final rankReward
#1–5Rainbow Gargantuan Angelus
#6–10Golden Gargantuan Angelus
#11–20Gargantuan Angelus
#21–23Rainbow Shiny Titanic Glitched Phoenix
#24–30Golden Shiny Titanic Glitched Phoenix
#31–120Rainbow Titanic Glitched Phoenix
#121–270Shiny Titanic Glitched Phoenix
#271–520Golden Titanic Glitched Phoenix
#521–1,020Titanic Glitched Phoenix
#1,021–10,000Huge Reaper

A current ranking isn’t a guaranteed final ranking. If you’re sitting close to #10,000, other players can pass you with valuable hatches before the board closes. Likewise, the top 1,020 have different prizes rather than an additional Huge Reaper. Watch your position throughout the contest and give yourself some breathing room when you can.

How to earn more points towards the Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper

BIG Games is clear about one thing: rarer pets score far more points. There isn’t an official chart assigning a score to every possible hatch, and there’s no fixed number of eggs that guarantees a top-10,000 finish. Check your score and ranking after each hatching session rather than trusting a random hatch-count target.

Progress through the early areas until your pets and coin income are strong enough to access later eggs. Once you’re able to hatch repeatedly, concentrate your time where your available eggs are giving you the best results. Auto Hatch is free in PSX Classic, which makes those longer sessions easier. It doesn’t mean your score rises automatically without the coins to keep opening eggs.

There are 18 classic areas with rewards you can take back into the main game. Press Home and you receive your unlocked area rewards when you arrive in PS99; your first return awards 100,000 Diamonds and 10 Mini Chests. Those extra prizes are useful, but they’re not leaderboard points. For the Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper, it’s the hatches that matter.

When does the Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper arrive?

The official Update 99 announcement says prizes are delivered back in Pet Simulator 99 after the leaderboard closes. It doesn’t give an exact delivery hour. If the event is still open and your rank is currently in range, that explains why you haven’t received a Reaper yet.

This also isn’t the same as the Classic Twin system. When you actually hatch a Huge in PSX Classic, returning Home brings a matching twin into the main game. The Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper is tied to the leaderboard’s final result, so you don’t get it just by using Home.

Do clan battles or speedruns count?

No. Your individual rare-hatch leaderboard decides whether you get the Pet Simulator 99 Huge Reaper. The Fantasy Clan Battle instead combines achievements, new Classic Index entries and Huge hatches from clan members. Clans finishing #51–250 get Huge Empyrean Fox. The Speedrun Leaderboard records the fastest run from Spawn to Heaven’s Gate and has no item prizes.

Meanwhile, last week’s Diamond Mountain activities still have their own rare pets. If you’re mixing up reward sources, see our Abominable Yeti guide, Secret Trails walkthrough and Expeditions guide. The Update 98 overview covers their introduction.
