ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style is the new armour appearance being introduced during the 2026 Witches Festival, running from October 21 to November 4. You can earn its pages from special Dremora Plunder Skulls or buy bound versions from the Impresario for 500 Trade Bars each.

It’s worth knowing the difference between the two routes before spending anything. The gold skulls offer a chance at tradeable pages, while the Impresario lets you pick the armour pieces you want. There’s also a matching Crown Store weapon pack, but you don’t need to buy that to collect the event armour. For the other rewards and event rules, see our ESO Witches Festival 2026 guide.

How to unlock ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style pages

The ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style has two confirmed acquisition methods. You can collect the pages through Witches Festival boss rewards, or visit an Impresario tent during the event. The Crown Store’s Zhekleg Arms Pack is a separate weapon-style offer, not the source of these armour pages.

Start by checking your Outfit Styles collection to see which pieces you’ve already learned. A page obtained from a skull could save you 500 Trade Bars at the vendor. For a breakdown of the currency itself, see our ESO Trade Bars guide.

Where to farm Dremora Plunder Skulls

To earn the ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style without buying every page, focus on gold Dremora Plunder Skulls. The first qualifying boss defeat of each event boss type each day awards a gold skull. Once you’ve collected that category’s gold skull, further defeats in the same category give regular purple Plunder Skulls, so repeating one easy boss indefinitely doesn’t produce unlimited gold rewards.

Qualifying categories include delve and public dungeon bosses, world bosses, incursion bosses such as Dark Anchors, final bosses of group dungeons and Trials, Arenas, and the Infinite Archive. If you already enjoy the Infinite Archive, its boss category can be part of your regular route rather than an entirely separate grind.

The two special festival boss quests also award their own gold skulls. Speak with Witchmother Taerma for Plucking the Crow, which sends you to Crowborne Horror, or Priest Maxien for The Lord of Fear and Lord Hollowjack. Those daily quest rewards are separate from ordinary purple skull farming.

ZeniMax clarified an error in its initial event announcement: the 2026 Witches Festival allows up to ten gold Dremora Plunder Skulls per day, not three. That preserves the usual eight boss-category opportunities plus the two daily quest rewards. Every extra gold skull is another chance to find an ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style page, but no official per-page drop percentage has been provided.

ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style cost at the Impresario

Each bound Zhekleg armour page costs 500 Trade Bars from the Impresario, as listed in ZeniMax’s October Crown Store Showcase. The vendor route is useful when you already have some pieces from Dremora Skulls and want to fill particular gaps. Check your unlocked appearance slots before buying, because the Impresario pages are bound and aren’t the ones you’d sell to another player.

The ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style is an outfit appearance, not a combat armour set with weapon traits or bonuses. Learning a page adds its look to your Outfit Styles collection. If you’re also saving Trade Bars for other rewards, check the prices before committing your whole balance. Our Tamriel Tomes guide covers another progression route for earning Trade Bars.

Is the Zhekleg Arms Pack different from the armour?

Yes. ZeniMax’s October Crown Store schedule lists the Zhekleg Arms Pack from October 22 through November 5. That pack contains weapon styles that match the event armour. It doesn’t replace the Dremora Skull and Impresario methods for unlocking the ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style armour pages.

If you only want the armour appearance, spend your time on the gold skulls or your Trade Bars at the Impresario. The paid weapon set is optional. Preview the parts you already own in your outfit collection to decide whether a matching weapon appearance is something you’d use.

When does ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style farming end?

The Witches Festival begins October 21, 2026 and ends November 4, 2026. Those are the dates for the boss skulls and event vendor route. The Arms Pack has a separate end date of November 5, so don’t use the Crown Store schedule as your deadline for earning free armour pages.

For the best use of your festival time, claim your first gold skulls from different boss categories before repeating one activity. You can combine a dungeon or overworld circuit with Undaunted progression, and the festival’s passive 100% XP bonus makes levelling characters worthwhile as you go. Check the ESO Zhekleg Outfit Style pieces you’ve already unlocked at the end of each day, then spend Trade Bars on missing pages while the Impresario still has them.

The 2026 event coincides with ESO Season Two: Echoes of Skyrim. If you’re exploring other seasonal systems, our High Seas of Tamriel reward box guide also covers how a previous event handled its style-page rewards.
