Adopt Me Pet Handler Pro Certificate gives you 30 days of handling two pets at once, plus the associated increased Bucks cap. Uplift Games launched the tradeable certificate for 250 Robux in August 2024. Pets Plus members also receive one each month, but a standalone certificate doesn’t include the subscription’s VIP benefits.
If you’re raising pets for Neons, having two equipped means you can complete Needs for two animals during play. Here’s the certificate’s duration, how it differs from Pets Plus, and what to check when the second pet isn’t working.
How to get the Adopt Me Pet Handler Pro Certificate
The certificate was introduced at 250 Robux and is tradeable, so an unused one can also be obtained through an in-game trade. It’s included as a monthly item for Pets Plus subscribers. The 250-Robux figure is the developer’s original published price; check the current in-game shop before assuming it hasn’t changed.
Once you own an Adopt Me Pet Handler Pro Certificate, activate it to begin the 30-day benefit. The official gift catalogue identifies the item as Legendary. It is a separate item from the Trade License, which unlocks high-rarity pet trades rather than equipping two animals.

What does the certificate unlock?
You can equip two pets simultaneously, completing their Needs while you play, and the Bucks cap increases to match the two-pet benefit. Uplift Games later adjusted the second equipped pet so it receives the same number of Needs as an ordinary equipped pet.
The Adopt Me Pet Handler Pro Certificate doesn’t give you Pets Plus VIP access, its monthly Sticker Packs or other subscription bonuses. You get the two-pet feature and linked Bucks-cap benefit for its 30-day period.
| Benefit | Certificate alone | Pets Plus |
|---|---|---|
| Equip two pets | Yes, 30 days | Yes |
| Increased Bucks cap | Yes | Yes |
| VIP access | No | Yes |
| Monthly Sticker Pack / treat | No | Yes, while subscribed |
Does the Pet Handler Pro Certificate expire?
Yes. An activated Adopt Me Pet Handler Pro Certificate lasts for 30 days; it isn’t a permanent two-pet upgrade. If you want the feature for another month, you’ll need another certificate or access through Pets Plus. If you bought one while collecting pets, consider activating it when you expect to play regularly.
Because the certificate is tradeable before use, you can also trade the item rather than activate it yourself. Once activated, it’s the temporary benefit that matters, not an ongoing tradeable subscription.
Certificate vs Pets Plus: which is different?
Pets Plus provides recurring extra rewards, VIP access and the certificate. In April 2026 Uplift Games listed the subscription at 299 Robux and confirmed members received a monthly certificate, Vol. 2 Pets Plus Sticker Pack and Golden Lettuce.
The Adopt Me Pet Handler Pro Certificate is focused on equipping two pets. If you only need that ability, it avoids granting or requiring all the other subscription perks. If you want the VIP room and monthly items too, look at the current Pets Plus offer before choosing.

Can you use the certificate alongside Pet Pens?
Yes. Pet Pens grow other pets passively, while the certificate lets you handle two equipped pets during active play. Those are separate mechanics, so you can use both when preparing several pets for Neon combinations.
The Adopt Me Pet Handler Pro Certificate helps with Needs for two equipped pets, but it doesn’t change the Pen’s online or offline ageing rates or allow Friendship Levels to be earned in the Pen.
Why won’t the second pet receive Needs?
Check that the 30-day certificate benefit is still active, and that you’ve equipped two different pets. Uplift Games corrected the second pet’s Needs in September 2025 so it should receive the same number as any other pet.
If both pets are equipped but the interface is showing only one, use Focus View to switch between them. The developer added an easier switch for players with the Adopt Me Pet Handler Pro Certificate in a later quality-of-life update.
