The First Descendant Lepic Rebalance is a substantial damage and utility pass rather than a token adjustment. Grenade Throw and Overkill receive major damage increases, Overclock gains a new Skill Power bonus, Traction Grenade becomes stackable and several Lepic Transcendent Modules are retuned at the same time.
The useful way to read The First Descendant Lepic Rebalance is by build type. Base Lepic gets stronger immediately, but Increased Efficiency, Nerve Infiltration and Explosive Stacks all change enough that old module-specific setups deserve another look after Update 1.4.3.
The First Descendant Lepic Rebalance: Grenade Throw and Overclock buffs

Grenade Throw Explosion Damage rises from 2884.1% to 7557%, while the additional damage against Burning targets increases from 1770.5% to 2940%. In The First Descendant Lepic Rebalance, Overclock also gains a new 13% Skill Power increase effect.
Those two changes reinforce the normal grenade and Burn loop without requiring a Transcendent Module to feel the difference.
Traction Grenade is now stackable
Traction Grenade becomes a two-stack skill. Its cooldown rises from 10 to 13 seconds, but the traction duration increases from 2 to 2.5 seconds. For The First Descendant Lepic Rebalance, the extra charge changes how the ability can be banked and used across consecutive enemy groups.
Rather than treating the longer cooldown as a simple nerf, the important difference is that Lepic can hold two uses and decide when to spend them.
Overkill gets more time and much more damage
Overkill duration increases from 8 to 10 seconds. Explosion Damage moves from 3824.4% to 7560%, while Continuous Damage jumps from 286.2% to 580%. The damage-over-time duration shortens from 4 to 3 seconds. That makes Overkill one of the biggest raw-number pieces of The First Descendant Lepic Rebalance.
The longer Exclusive Weapon window and higher impact numbers should be tested against existing cooldown and resource setups rather than assuming the previous optimal sequence still applies.
Increased Efficiency and Nerve Infiltration changes
Increased Efficiency gains slightly better movement while the Exclusive Weapon is equipped, Projectile Explosion Damage rises from 2538.8% to 6990% and range grows from 5m to 7m. MP recovery on critical hit improves as well. The First Descendant Lepic Rebalance also cuts Nerve Infiltration Grenade Throw cooldown from 8 to 6 seconds.
Nerve Infiltration increases additional damage per Severe Burn stack and doubles the Severe Burn maximum from 5 to 10, creating much more headroom for a dedicated Burn setup.
Explosive Stacks hits harder but carries fewer charges
Explosive Stacks Explosion Damage increases from 2455.8% to 4380%, while grenade charge count falls from 9 to 6. For The First Descendant Lepic Rebalance, this is a clear trade: fewer stored grenades, but much more damage per explosion.
Players using the module should revisit how quickly they spend charges rather than assuming the old nine-charge rhythm still fits the new balance.
Lepic and Luna share a rebalance event challenge
The Descendant Rebalance: Luna & Lepic event challenge runs from after the September 17 update until October 14 at 23:59 PDT. That puts The First Descendant Lepic Rebalance directly into an active event window and gives returning Lepic players a reason to test the changes immediately.
With base skills and three major Transcendent Module routes all changing together, rebuilding from the live tooltips is safer than making one isolated number swap to an old preset.
The rebalance also changes resource planning around old Lepic presets. More damage per grenade and a longer Overkill window can shift which cooldown and MP compromises still make sense, while the smaller Explosive Stacks charge pool rewards cleaner timing rather than simply banking as many grenades as possible.
