The Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banners introduce two new S-Rank Agents, Claret and Roxy, alongside reruns for Nangong Yu and Promeia. Version 3.2, Their Secret Histories, launches on September 9, 2026, with the four featured Agents split across two banner phases.
Claret arrives first as the game’s first S-Rank Electric Armorer Agent, while Nangong Yu receives a rerun alongside her. The second half of the Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banners then introduces S-Rank Wind Stun Agent Roxy alongside a Promeia rerun.
Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 Banners Schedule
The Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banners are divided into two phases, with one new S-Rank Agent and one returning S-Rank Agent available during each half of the update.

Phase 1 begins when Version 3.2 launches on September 9 and is expected to run until September 30.
Phase 2 then begins on September 30, replacing the Claret and Nangong Yu Signal Searches with Roxy and Promeia.
This gives players around three weeks during each half of the Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banners to decide where to spend their Polychrome and Encrypted Master Tapes.
Claret Banner in Zenless Zone Zero 3.2
Claret is the headline new Agent during the first half of the Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banners.
She is an S-Rank Electric Agent and the first playable character to use the new Armorer Specialty introduced in Version 3.2.
Claret’s combat revolves around new mechanics including Gash, Maim and multi-CRIT. Her skills scale from DEF, while excess CRIT Rate above 100% can continue contributing towards her damage through the new multi-CRIT system.
Her exclusive Signal Search is called Bloodmoon Rising.
Claret’s signature S-Rank W-Engine, Crimson Thirst, will also be available during the first half of Version 3.2.
Because Claret is the first Armorer Agent, Version 3.2 also adds new Armorer-specific training and equipment systems to help players become familiar with the Specialty.
Nangong Yu Rerun Banner
Nangong Yu returns alongside Claret during Phase 1 of the Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banners.
The S-Rank Ether Stun Agent originally joined the game in Version 2.7 and receives another limited Signal Search beginning September 9.
Her signature W-Engine, Neon Fantasies, also returns during the same banner period.
Players who missed Nangong Yu previously will therefore have another opportunity to obtain her, although she directly competes with Claret for Polychrome during the first half of the update.
Roxy Banner in Zenless Zone Zero 3.2
Roxy becomes available during the second half of the Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banners, beginning September 30.
Roxy Ifrita Pryce is a new S-Rank Wind Stun Agent and serves as the chief smith and Administrative Director of Flint Workshop.
Her combat style makes use of tornado-like Eyes of the Storm created through her EX Special Attack, allowing her to combine Stun capabilities with Wind damage.
Roxy’s exclusive Signal Search is called Cindernight Respite.
Her signature S-Rank W-Engine, Crimson Moon Casket, will also become available when Phase 2 begins.
Roxy plays an important role alongside Claret in the Version 3.2 Their Secret Histories storyline as the Proxies investigate Flint Workshop and the mysterious disappearance of a shipment of Porcelloy.
Promeia Rerun Banner
Promeia receives her next rerun alongside Roxy during Phase 2.
The S-Rank Ice Anomaly Agent returns after previously appearing in Version 2.8, giving players another opportunity to add her to their roster.
Promeia’s signature W-Engine, Frostfall Sickle, will also return during the second half of Version 3.2.
That means anyone saving for the later Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banners will have a choice between the new Roxy Signal Search and Promeia’s rerun.
Should You Pull for Claret or Roxy?
Claret and Roxy fill very different roles, making the choice between the two Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banners dependent on what your current teams need.
Claret introduces the entirely new Armorer Specialty and is designed around DEF-scaling damage, Maim and multi-CRIT mechanics. She is the more unusual of the two new characters and provides the first opportunity to experiment with the new Specialty.
Roxy is a Wind Stun Agent, making her a better fit for players specifically looking to add another source of Daze and crowd control to their teams.
There is also no requirement to pull during either phase. Version 3.2 gives players 10 Encrypted Master Tapes simply through its login rewards, so anyone saving for a future Agent can hold onto those pulls instead.
