Warframe Requiem Relics: How to Get and Open Them

Warframe Requiem Relics

Warframe Requiem Relics is much easier once the game’s unlock, acquisition and use steps are separated. The current Requiem Eterna Relic is opened in a Kuva Fortress Requiem Fissure and contains all eight Requiem Mods at equal chance. Update 42 retired Requiem I-IV from normal drop tables. The important part is knowing which part of the loop you are currently missing, because Warframe often gives access to a system before it gives you the item, currency or upgrade that finishes it.

This guide covers the current route for Warframe Requiem Relics, including the prerequisite, the actual farming or progression step, what the reward does, and the failure points that most often send players into the wrong mission.

Warframe Requiem Relics: what you need first

Update 42 replaced Requiem I-IV in normal drop tables with the single Requiem Eterna Relic. Players who had Kuva Liches unlocked when the update landed received eight Eterna Relics by inbox. If that condition is not available on your account, solve it before farming anything else. Warframe’s later systems are layered behind quests, syndicates, weekly rotations and vendors, so seeing an item mentioned in Arsenal or Navigation does not prove its source is unlocked.

Warframe Requiem Relics: current method

Use the current Requiem Eterna acquisition sources and crack Eterna in Kuva Fortress Requiem Fissures; the old four-Relic system is now retired from normal drops. That is the step to build the run around. Do not substitute a similarly named currency, ordinary Star Chart version of a mission or a different vendor just because it belongs to the same update.

The Eterna reward table contains Fass, Jahu, Khra, Lohk, Netra, Ris, Vome and Xata at equal chance, so there is no longer a need to target one of four numbered Relics for a particular Requiem Mod. For Warframe Requiem Relics, this detail is especially important because it determines whether progress is permanent, consumed, rotation-limited or attached to one specific weapon or Adversary.

Best way to approach Warframe Requiem Relics

Do not spend Void Traces trying to refine Eterna: Digital Extremes explicitly made the Requiem Eterna Relic non-refinable. Retired Requiem I-IV Relics can instead be purchased from Palladino with Riven Slivers if you specifically want the old Relics. Plan the farm around that rule first. Then combine the run with Standing, resources, Affinity or another reward only when doing so does not slow the main objective. This is usually more efficient than choosing the hardest available mission and hoping every useful item happens to drop there.

  • Confirm the exact prerequisite and current source before starting.
  • Check whether the reward is guaranteed, random, rotation-based or weekly limited.
  • Track the specific component, symbol, currency or evolution step you still need.
  • Verify the reward before extracting or spending a limited item.

Warframe Requiem Relics: why progress can appear stuck

The first troubleshooting check for Warframe Requiem Relics is the progression gate. The second is the mission variant. Steel Path, a bounty version, an Influence node, a Zariman activity or an open-world bounty can share a location with ordinary content while using a completely different reward table or mechanic.

Also check whether the game expects an extra action after the mission. Warframe frequently separates obtaining an adapter from installing it, revealing a Requiem from testing its order, collecting a raw resource from refining it, or earning a token from converting it into Standing.

What Warframe Requiem Relics connects to next

Warframe Requiem Relics should be treated as one link in wider account progression rather than an isolated collectible. Finish the next installation, rank, evolution or crafting step while the requirements are fresh instead of returning later and having to reconstruct the unlock chain.

If a limited currency or rare component is involved, keep enough for rank-up sacrifices and mandatory crafting before spending leftovers experimentally. That matters in Zariman, Deimos, Focus and Lich progression, where one resource family can unlock several different things.

Warframe Requiem Relics: quick check before another run

Before repeating the farm for Warframe Requiem Relics, verify the four pieces that define this particular route: Update 42 replaced Requiem I-IV in normal drop tables with the single Requiem Eterna Relic. Players who had Kuva Liches unlocked when the update landed received eight Eterna Relics by inbox. Use the current Requiem Eterna acquisition sources and crack Eterna in Kuva Fortress Requiem Fissures; the old four-Relic system is now retired from normal drops. The Eterna reward table contains Fass, Jahu, Khra, Lohk, Netra, Ris, Vome and Xata at equal chance, so there is no longer a need to target one of four numbered Relics for a particular Requiem Mod. Do not spend Void Traces trying to refine Eterna: Digital Extremes explicitly made the Requiem Eterna Relic non-refinable. Retired Requiem I-IV Relics can instead be purchased from Palladino with Riven Slivers if you specifically want the old Relics. If your account matches those conditions and progress still does not move, stop repeating the same mission and check the current activity state or rotation first.

Warframe Requiem Relics FAQ

Can I do this solo?

Most progression behind Warframe Requiem Relics can be completed solo once its prerequisite is unlocked. A squad can speed up enemy spawns, objective coverage or repeated farming, but it does not normally bypass the account-level unlock.

Why does an older guide show a different route?

Warframe has repeatedly revised progression, rotations and acquisition systems. For Warframe Requiem Relics, use the current in-game requirement and Digital Extremes’ current system behaviour rather than assuming an older quest order or reward path still applies.

Should I farm extra?

Farm extra only when the resource or item has another known use. For one-time unlocks, stop when the next progression step is covered. For currencies, relics and Standing items, a reserve can be useful because rotations and rank-up costs create repeat demand.
