Volleyball Legends Tier List October 2026: Best Styles for Every Role

Volleyball Legends tier list recommendations depend on your position. Ronin is a top attacking option, Encho can fill several roles, and Mamori brings timed Parry play to middle blocking after Update 92. That doesn’t mean you should throw away a reliable setting Style just because an attacker appears above it on a chart.

This October 2026 Volleyball Legends tier list is a guide to choosing your next roll, not an official developer leaderboard. We’ll explain which Styles suit spikers, setters and defenders, including the new Mamori Style and older limited characters. If you need more spins first, our working Volleyball Legends codes page has the current October rewards.

Volleyball Legends tier list October 2026: all recommended tiers

For a quick answer, Ronin suits attackers, Encho fits flexible players, Timeskip Kyamo helps setters, and Mamori is one of the strongest defensive choices. The tiers are editorial judgments about role fit, not an official win-rate ranking.

Tier Styles Strength
S Encho, Ronin, Akari, Mamori, Hakka High ceiling for flexible, attacking or blocking roles
A Riku, The Twins, Feiko, Hidari, Timeskip Kyamo, Ibara, Shiro, Roketto, Kumo, Taichou, Jinko, Mikage Strong specialists and versatile teammates
B Kijo, Sanju, Kazana, Kisuki, Timeskip Hinto, Timeskip Okazu, Yogan, Okazu, Kyamo, Bakuri, Hirakumi Useful in appropriate positions
C Yokai, Uchikai, Azmei, Kozei, Sazuroku, Kyoshin, Yomosuke Generally less flexible, but fine for learning

Jinko and Hidari are stronger picks if your team is built around attack. A player who handles first touches may find Kumo more useful, while a setter should compare Timeskip Kyamo and Taichou. The Volleyball Legends tier list takes those roles into account.

Volleyball Legends tier list: quick choices by role

Your role Start by comparing Reason
Spiker Ronin, Hidari, Jinko More ways to finish an attack
Setter Timeskip Kyamo, Encho, Taichou Stable second touches
Blocker Mamori, Mikage Defense at the net
Receiver Kumo, Kisuki Keeping difficult balls in play

A helpful way to use the Volleyball Legends tier list is to pick the position that describes most of your matches. If you tend to set every ball, an S-tier attacker won’t automatically improve your results. Compare two options for the same role before spending spins.

Best Volleyball Legends styles for spiking

Ronin is an excellent high-end spiker thanks to powerful jump and spike stats. Hidari offers changing attack angles, while Jinko can be a strong attacking and serving threat. Those Styles help you finish points, provided you wait for a reachable set and direct the ball away from a well-positioned blocker.

Before rerolling, try playing a few matches while focusing on your approach and spike direction. Sanju and Kijo may still be good choices if you’re comfortable with their mechanics. A Style change won’t solve missed timing on its own.

Best Volleyball Legends styles for setters and all-rounders

Encho is especially flexible because its Stretch mechanic helps on several types of contact. The Twins and Feiko suit players who alternate between setting and attacking, while Timeskip Kyamo is worth comparing for dedicated setting. Taichou and Kumo make sense when you want to keep the ball under control rather than lead every attack.

Our Volleyball Legends tier list values a good setter because clean second touches win games too. If you play alongside a strong spiker, you might contribute far more by delivering predictable sets than by rolling a second attacking Style. Consider how your regular teammates play before replacing a useful build.

Best blockers: where does Mamori rank?

Mamori joined in Update 92 on October 17, 2026. Its timed Parry can turn an incoming ball into a return, and its aerial Charge helps close distance. Mastery adds Perfect Parry, extra speed, Parry Dash, stronger blocking and longer Parry windows. That makes it an attractive option for a player who enjoys reading an opponent’s hit.

Mikage is also worth comparing if you prefer traditional blocking, while Kisuki and Kumo are more appropriate references for some receiving roles. Read our Volleyball Legends Mamori Style guide for the exact mechanics and five Mastery stages before you use spins on Mamori.

Which Style should you roll for in October 2026?

Choose your role, then check the current spin pool and pity counter. A Style can be highly ranked and still be unavailable because its limited return has ended. The best Volleyball Legends tier list recommendation is one you can actually equip, practise and use. Don’t treat the appearance of a rare name in an old video as proof you can roll it today.

The October 17 codes UPDATE_92 and MAMORI award 13 Lucky Style Spins between them, if they remain active when you redeem them. PARRY adds five Lucky Ability Spins instead. The Volleyball Legends codes October 2026 article lists the rewards and Level 15 redemption instructions.

Is Mamori the best Style after Update 92?

It may be one of the best choices for a dedicated blocker, but it is not automatically better than Ronin for spiking or Timeskip Kyamo for setting. If you don’t enjoy Parry timing, you may be happier using a different Style. Our Volleyball Legends tier list reflects those distinct jobs rather than declaring one universal winner.

Before spending the rest of your spins, test your current Style in several matches and decide what your team is missing. For other Roblox games with code-based rewards, Blue Lock Rivals codes and Basketball Zero codes have separate lists. Neither set works in Volleyball Legends.

Why do different tier lists disagree?

Tier lists disagree because they measure different strengths. An attack-focused list can place Jinko much higher; a team-focused list makes more room for setters and defenders. Our Volleyball Legends tier list considers both how powerful a Style is and how often you can use that power in its role.

For a new player, learning how to bump, set and jump matters more than rolling an expensive character. If you already understand your role, the Volleyball Legends tier list can help you choose a Style with a mechanic you will use regularly.
