The VOID DIVER BALUSHA Lounge has new employee training, crafting material facilities, item displays and minigames in the November closed beta. NEMO STUDIO has also added furniture that helps employees recover Stress and allows you to hire more staff, alongside an improved Training Ground for testing builds.

BALUSHA is your antique shop between trips into the Abyss. With these additions, the Lounge is useful for far more than decorating the room. You can prepare resources for your next Dive, manage the employees who help sell artifacts and spend time with the other Divers.

What can you build in the VOID DIVER BALUSHA Lounge?

The main additions to the VOID DIVER BALUSHA Lounge are training for employees, resource-producing facilities, Display Stands and new interior items. There are also Diver NPC conversations, a VIP telephone and a board game table that starts the Doppelganger minigame. The developer has not published a complete price list or unlock requirements for each furnishing.

Employee training, incense burner and coat rack

Employees help run BALUSHA and sell artifacts. The closed beta adds ways to train them, plus an incense burner that supports employee Stress recovery. A coat rack increases hiring capacity, so it is the item to consider when you want room for more staff.

The VOID DIVER BALUSHA Lounge gives you a choice between helping current employees and adding capacity. Install the incense burner if stress recovery is the priority; choose the coat rack when you need more room to recruit. These effects concern shop staff, not a Diver’s combat Stress.

How to produce crafting materials in the VOID DIVER BALUSHA Lounge

New facilities can produce some crafting materials without another dungeon run. That is useful if a missing component has been slowing down equipment crafting or character growth. The developer introduced these facilities alongside adjustments to item drops and the wider crafting economy.

Choose a crafting facility by checking its listed output in your Lounge menu. The new system can produce some materials between Dives, but it does not replace gathering loot in the Abyss. Prioritise resources you regularly run short of when planning the next upgrade.

How item displays and Item Lock work

Display Items and Display Stands let you collect and show items separately from those you sell or equip. That gives you a reason to keep interesting finds even if you are not using them for combat. The studio has not provided specific placement coordinates, display limits or an exhaustive list of eligible collectibles.

The new Item Lock feature helps protect gear you want to keep. Locked items are grouped toward the front when sorting and cannot be discarded or sold accidentally. If you are organising your VOID DIVER BALUSHA Lounge collection, lock valuable equipment before making major inventory changes.

How to play the Doppelganger minigame

Install a board game table in the Lounge to start Doppelganger. NEMO STUDIO describes it as a break from exploration and combat. It has not published the full board-game rules or reward values, so the table is the confirmed starting point rather than a detailed winning strategy.

How to switch Divers and unlock Ming

Playable Diver NPCs now appear in the Lounge. You can talk with them, switch your controlled character and unlock more conversations as they grow. Ming, the new staff-wielding melee bruiser, is unlocked through Lounge-linked quests beginning at Level 5.

Do not mix character progression with employee training. The Diver’s Skilled Levels increase through experience earned after Dives, whereas the shop’s employee systems are about managing BALUSHA. Ming’s quests are also distinct from VIP gift and Request mechanics.

How to test damage in the VOID DIVER BALUSHA Lounge

The improved Training Ground provides adjustable dummy settings, different combat situations and a numeric DPS readout. You can compare equipment, Traits and Skills without relying entirely on descriptions. Keep your test conditions consistent when comparing two setups or you will not know which change helped.

The Training Ground is particularly useful now that equipment comes with random Options and accessories can activate two- or three-piece set effects. Try combinations in the VOID DIVER BALUSHA Lounge before carrying your preferred build into another Dive.

What is the telephone for?

The VIP telephone lets you invite important customers. Giving gifts and completing their material Requests raises Trust, which improves Artifact Negotiation success and prices. That is separate from displays, employee training and the resource-producing facilities, but it all takes place around BALUSHA.
