TCG Card Shop Simulator Xbox Game Pass is available with the full 1.0 release on September 15, 2026. Xbox’s September Game Pass schedule explicitly lists TCG Card Shop Simulator leaving Game Preview and launching version 1.0 through Game Pass across cloud, Xbox Series X|S, handheld and PC.
The live Xbox store still carries some Game Preview wording while the rollout updates, but the important part is the entitlement: the full-release build is part of the Game Pass ecosystem rather than requiring every existing subscriber to buy the game again.
Is TCG Card Shop Simulator on Xbox Game Pass?
Yes. Xbox’s own September 1 Game Pass post names the 1.0 release as a Game Pass update for September 15. Existing Game Pass players move from the preview build into the full version, including the playable Tetramon card game and the rest of the 1.0 changes.

Which Game Pass Tier Do You Need?
The exact answer depends on where you are playing. The current Xbox Store page shows cloud play included with Game Pass Premium and Ultimate, while Essential requires a game purchase for cloud streaming. PC Game Pass has also carried the game through its preview period.
Because Microsoft can change tier entitlements separately from the game itself, check the live Xbox app before buying a second copy. The September 15 announcement confirms Game Pass availability; the store page is the better source for the exact plan attached to your device today.
Does Game Pass Include the Full 1.0 Content?
Yes. This is not a stripped-down subscription build. Version 1.0 adds the same playable Tetramon system, Ascension packs, 1,452 new cards, player-entered tournaments, five new achievements and performance improvements that arrive in the purchased versions.
Our 1.0 guide breaks down the complete launch changelist if you are returning after a few months away.
Can You Continue Your Game Preview Save?
Yes. OPNeon confirmed that existing 0.70 saves carry into version 1.0, so Game Pass players do not need to abandon a developed shop. Back up or synchronise the save normally before launching the new build, then let the game update rather than starting a new slot by mistake.
Does Xbox Play Anywhere Work?
The Xbox Store lists Xbox Play Anywhere and Xbox cloud saves. That gives the Microsoft version a useful advantage for players who move between Xbox and Windows PC, because the supported Xbox account ecosystem can carry ownership and save data between those devices.
It is not universal cross-save, though. Our cross-progression guide explains why a Steam or PlayStation save is a different situation.
Is It on Game Pass Essential?
Do not assume every Game Pass tier includes the same catalogue licence. The current store wording specifically says Essential users need to purchase the game to stream it through cloud gaming, while Premium and Ultimate are shown as including cloud access. That is different from Essential simply providing online-console multiplayer for other games.
Can You Play on Xbox One?
The current Xbox Store lists Xbox One alongside Xbox Series X|S, PC, cloud and handheld as supported ways to play the Microsoft version. The September 15 Game Pass announcement focuses on the full 1.0 release across the wider Xbox ecosystem rather than a Series-only upgrade.
Does the Game Have Xbox Achievements?
Yes. The store lists Xbox achievements, and version 1.0 adds five new Steam achievements on PC as part of the final release. Achievement systems are platform-specific, so do not assume a Steam unlock automatically pops on another ecosystem.
Is the Game Still Single Player?
Yes. Game Pass does not add online multiplayer. Tetramon duels in 1.0 are against NPC customers, and OPNeon says there are no plans for player-versus-player Tetramon in the near future.

The official Xbox Game Pass September post confirms the full 1.0 release on Game Pass, while the Xbox Store shows current platform, Play Anywhere and plan information.
