To set total funds to exactly §25,000, enter money 25000. This does not add §25,000. To move into a house for free, enter freerealestate on at the world or neighbourhood screen, not while playing in a household.
The command household.autopay_bills true/false is a separate household-bills toggle listed by EA; it does not add Simoleons. Use motherlode or kaching if you want extra money instead.

To modify romance:

Replace the names with two Sims’ full names and X with the amount of relationship change you want. The number is a change to relationship points, not necessarily the final relationship value.
For example, use modifyrelationship Bella Goth Mortimer Goth 50 LTR_Friendship_Main. Check the friendship bar afterwards; a particular amount doesn’t guarantee the game will assign a specific relationship label.

To fill needs, use sims.fill_all_commodities for the active Sim or stats.fill_all_commodities_household for the household. If a Sim is stuck, enter resetSim Bella Goth with the correct name, or enable testing cheats, Shift-click the Sim and choose Reset Object (Debug). EA says resetting cancels current actions but does not teleport the Sim home or fill their needs.
