What Shift actually does

Shift in Control Resonant changes Dylan’s relationship with gravity. Gravity Anomalies let him reorient onto surfaces that would otherwise be walls, ceilings or impossible streets. Once the ability is active, sections of Manhattan that looked decorative start functioning as traversal routes.
